Can someone please transcribe the letter. I can't read it - too small - and don't know how to enlarge,.

Juells · 24/12/2018 10:18

There's a link to his twitter on the first page, I think. The whole letter is on the twitter link.

Ah, found the link www.trendsmap.com/twitter/tweet/1076801230721175552

Here is a member of Parliament trying to censor the press whose job it is to hold parliament and public figures and institutions to account over how they use their power.

This is a Lord using city of London headed paper for his personal agenda. That right there is over stepping his power.

The reason this Lord does this is to throw his weight around and go 'look how rich and powerful I am and how I should be listened too'.

When rich and powerful people do this, the press should pay attention and push harder not go 'yeah ok'.

happydappy2 · 24/12/2018 10:41

Perhaps we should email Rebekah Brooks congratulating the brilliant journalists she employs, and thanking them for speaking up when so many are too frightened to.

But, but I'm so very important and an email would look so ordinary. Wink

So Paedophiles have clearly infiltrated the trans movement.

  1. Lowering of safeguarding. (Mermaids training in our schools clearly advocates this).
  2. Normalisation of sexualised interaction between adults and children. (Trans cabaret in primary schools, (former) sex workers advocating sex work as a positive means of paying for the meds and surgery transitioning requires).
  3. Attempts to lower the age of consent to treatment for sex reassignment medicalisation which has implications for sexual age of consent.
  4. Suggestions on social media that women seeking to guarantee bodily integrity for themselves and their children are less worthy of collective sympathy than the Paedophiles who want access to those bodies.
Justhadathought · 24/12/2018 11:08

I have some experience of the PIE - from many years ago when living in a squat in the Elephant & Castle. I actually found myself sitting in on a meeting. These are men from all walks of life, for whom attraction to children is their main driving force in life. They will, and do, anything they can to gain access to children. They are highly manipulative.

There really is a dark heart to much of the trans agenda - especially when it comes to trans children. Perverts, fetishists and paedophiles.
The flaunting of 'alternative' sexualities and practices is normal at Pride events now. The paedophiles tried to piggy back in under the gay liberation banner many moons ago - and now they are doing so again, perhaps more successfully, in the guise of the trans rights movement.

misscockerspaniel · 24/12/2018 11:10

RedToothBrush They are neither an MP nor a Lord but appear to be a -pompous- very important councillor

theOtherPamAyres · 24/12/2018 11:14

The Times and the Sunday Times have increased their circulation and readership in the last 12 months, while the others have all lost thousands of readers - particularly the Guardian.

The Editor must feel that the Times' journalists are doing something right and that they are reaching the parts that the other papers overlook, dare not touch, or who can't grasp the significance of this burgeoning story of state-sponsored batshittery.

The news items and articles are in response to public interest and disquiet abour rights, safeguards and freedoms. They are not about you, you, you Ms/Mx/Mr/Mrs Lord.

RedToothBrush · 24/12/2018 11:16

Arh my mistake although the same principle applies to councillors anyway

terryleather · 24/12/2018 11:29

Slightly off topic but this has reminded me of a tweet I saw a few months ago and screengrabbed where an author was bigging up the fact that she had written "The first children's book to talk about sex work".

It's described on Amazon as "sex positive" and "Amazingly inclusive".

And aimed at 4-8 year olds.

OnTheDarkSideOfTheSpoon · 24/12/2018 11:32

Fucking hell.

starcrossedseahorse · 24/12/2018 11:35

Thank God for journalists of integrity like Gilligan, Turner and Kirkup. I hope that 2019 is the year that they expose this sick shit for what it really is - what we have always known that it is.

ToeToToe · 24/12/2018 11:41

It's fucking frightening isn't it? PIE never went away. These people will never ever stop.

starcrossedseahorse · 24/12/2018 11:42

It is chilling. But I am starting to feel more positive - the truth will out.

GCSocScientist · 24/12/2018 12:07

I can’t decide if sexual permissives (woke lefties) are just too stupid to recognise that unwanted sexualised content directed at children is child sex abuse, or whether they are too eager to gain woke points that they just don’t care.

Justhadathought, this is so chilling but not too surprising. I grew up in Ireland, the RC church was (is?) crawling with paedophiles, there is an interesting cognitive dissonance surrounding people’s belief that paedophilia isn’t pervasive and strategically pursued.

starcrossedseahorse · 24/12/2018 12:09

Yes - 'no man would train for years just to get access to children' - no priest, dr, teacher, policeman etc etc

The Times readers' comments, when allowed, are highly supportive of the journalists' articles. I very much doubt the editor will be swayed..

And the louder the protests from the activists, the more the public wakes up to all of this and takes notice.

DisrespectfulAdultFemale · 24/12/2018 12:31

Fuck off, Edward Lord.

TinyTimAndBob · 24/12/2018 12:32

The Guardian persist knowing this.

starcrossedseahorse · 24/12/2018 12:34

The Guardian is an embarrassment. I used to read it too.

TinyTimAndBob · 24/12/2018 12:45

I suspect the Guardian staff think about their sex lives to a point of an unhealthy obsession and it will be their downfall. The average person doesn't discuss sexuality as often as the Guardian is publishing.

TheCountryGirl · 24/12/2018 12:54

A former colleague of mine lost her job when she used letterhead paper for a personal issue. This is so wrong. Lord is one grim, grimy man.

starcrossedseahorse · 24/12/2018 12:59

He is utter filth.
