Posie: GRC is a deceit in law. Sex and gender are confused and conflates as we were icky about the word sex. No definition in law for gender, wants to remove 2004 GRA. No legal right to change your sex.

Debbie talked earlier about having made 'a meaningful transition' could have an 'F' on passport.

re passports, as this is primarily supposed to be a marker of sex and as a passport is a legal representation of one country to another re one of its citizen's when travelling (rather than an internal method of ID) I have for a while seen the ease at which this is changed as potentially problematic. It is a matter of security etc. Passports alow for additional relevent information to be included within the passport on a specific page. I wonder if gender identity shouldn't be included there & the sex marker be as it claims
