Just found out the 'legal name' bullshit posters I was thinking about link here www.bbc.co.uk/news/magazine-36499750 sadly a BBC article so Helen Belcher probably got to sign it off.

After digging around it turned out it was male identifying as female at its heart. Kate of Gaia kateofgaia.net/en/home/ watch the videos and the voice is clearly male.

Kate of Gaia is based in Canada and no one got to the bottom of where the dosh came from to put the posters all over the UK or why the UK.
