I'm not surprised by the vitriolic ranting against Posie, in a way it just goes to show how she's getting under the trans rights activist's skin.

I've seen everything from:
POSIE PARKER SECRETLY GOT RID OF A PERSON'S GCSE COURSEWORK!!!!!!
To
SHE'S SO UGLY SHE LOOKS LIKE THATCHER !!!!!!!!!

The daily fail even did a "disrespectful women" slant to an article on her.

www.dailymail.co.uk/femail/article-6218395/amp/Blogger-billboard-defining-woman-adult-human-female-blasted-Morning-viewers. (If someone could tell me how to do clickly links I'd be grateful, I've even googled it, and still failed)

The heartening thing was the commenters on that post weren't having any of it.

I wish Posie was still here. Flowers for all the personal hate that's being sent her way. Debate her by all means, but its getting so low it's practically below ground.

I agree with everything you just said AAK Smile

ALittleBitofVitriol · 30/09/2018 20:40

Skanking is a dance move that we used to do with ska music... pulls on worn docs

Posie's skanks feels like a t shirt slogan. Can we have it on a pink-ladies style bomber jacket please? Grin

ALittleBitofVitriol · 30/09/2018 20:41

Lol R0wantrees great minds ;)

R0wantrees · 30/09/2018 20:41

bounce! Grin

Molokonono · 30/09/2018 21:04

Skanking...

BlardyBlar · 30/09/2018 21:20

Impressive things about Posie? She spoke assertively to India Willoughby and India stopped speaking and listened.

I have no idea how she did it, but I’m not sure I’ve ever seen it happen before.

ALittleBitofVitriol · 30/09/2018 21:23

That's some new fangled fancy skanking!
I remember a lot more... chaos

qumquat · 30/09/2018 21:27

A skank is the current word for slut or slag (also sket) I’m not sure I want to adopt it!

AngryAttackKittens · 30/09/2018 21:30

Shall we note which group of humans generally insults women they don't like by referring to their presumed level of sexual activity and which does not?

KatVonGulag · 30/09/2018 22:00

Besmirching Motherhood sounds like a really amazing cocktail GinGin

Yes, AAK, Anti-Woman Activists do like the S sex-related slurs, don't they? Slag, Slut, Skank.

Guess what boys? Your ability to shame me is directly related to the respect I have for you. Must be really hard for you to be so impotent.Grin

Turph · 01/10/2018 02:22

Posie is epic. And on a totally shallow level, she is damn hot.
As other posters have noted, that helps.

Also, being able to separate this issue from leftist politics is actually very important. We want left wing, right wing, centrist and politically disengaged women to know about this.

NotTerfNorCis · 01/10/2018 05:13

I see someone created a Twitter account claiming to be her husband , posting photos of her kids. The account is now suspended.

AngryAttackKittens · 01/10/2018 06:14

In all seriousness, WTF is wrong with the person who did that?

LadyRochfordsHoickedGusset · 01/10/2018 06:22

I used to go to a Ragga club near Marble Arch and if I remember correctly Skanking was a dance move, and a sexy one at that.

SwearyG · 01/10/2018 06:24

IW does not have a GRC. IW said it would be like “carrying a yellow star around in my handbag”. Which is a pretty fucking horrifying thing to say.

Legally, therefore IW is the same sex IW was born.

LadyRochfordsHoickedGusset · 01/10/2018 06:25

Far better than the embarrassing and not very rhythmic twerk anyway Grin.

LadyRochfordsHoickedGusset · 01/10/2018 06:27

She mentioned a yellow star!?! What is she thinking? Is she thinking?

SwearyG · 01/10/2018 07:04

Sorry, my mistake. IW said Star of David. Which is just as bad, no?

LadyRochfordsHoickedGusset · 01/10/2018 07:06

Same thing Sweary.

SwearyG · 01/10/2018 07:13

Yes I know. I was just wondering whether saying yellow star drew more of a comparison to the holocaust or less. I think less tbh. Saying Star of David makes it so unambiguous that IW is drawing a direct comparison. Horrid human.

LadyRochfordsHoickedGusset · 01/10/2018 07:15

It's horrific. Comparing the Holocaust to presenting a penis in a ladies' toilet.

No words.

BrisaOtonal · 01/10/2018 07:28

I normally refrain from talking about women's looks but this is actually one of Posie's greatest assets in this debate. Usually T/MRA's will shoot a women down immediately because of their looks and refer to their attitude as a byproduct of not being great looking.

Posie's looks have actually been played down. I'd like her to ditch the bland black T shirt and rock up in a Saint Bustier Nigellas dress (jn red). She can add a large badge with Woman to get her point across.

I'm not joking. Posie is ALL woman and it is to her advantage to show that off, whist coming across as articulate and strong as she is.

BeyondAdultHumanFemale · 01/10/2018 07:54

Oh yeah, I'd forgotten that quote about the Star of David!!

R0wantrees · 01/10/2018 09:10

So India Willoughby is another prominant trans activist who has been commenting about self-id GRC whilst as a principle saying they would never have one.

Jane Fae said similar
Why Hudson would not have a GRC is unclear: we do not know precisely what surgeries she has had, nor why she has not got a GRC. I don’t have one. I will not, because I absolutely refuse the right of the state to demand money from me for the simple purpose of acknowledging who I am. In that sense, the GRC is NOT like a passport or driving license. Because it says that my gender is dependent on the ratiocination of some state apparatchik, who obviously knows who I am better than I do."
www.newstatesman.com/politics/uk/2015/10/why-has-trans-woman-tara-hudson-been-sent-all-male-prison

Debbie Hayton said she could get one but had no need for one:
www.mumsnet.com/Talk/womens_rights/3364094-Debbie-Hayton-in-the-Times

Paris Lees 'Writer and broadcaster Paris Lees transitioned when she was a teenager. She has not applied for a GRC but her passport says she's female. She told the BBC anything to make the transitioning process "just a little bit easier" was "long overdue and great news".

www.bbc.com/news/uk-40713645

So India Willoughby, Debbie Hayton, Jane Fae and Paris Lees all of whom have being influential & had a lot of opportunities to speak on MSM while being open about being transgender have not wanted a GRC and it seems don't want one either out of principle or because they don't see a need for one.
