So here we have the defence lawyer stating that only one of the attackers is female (when neither of them is) and as the victim did not identify the "female" one correctly, then the victim's evidence should not be relied upon.

I mean, what the hell?

Stancer has already been convicted of assaulting the victim's boyfriend and friend.

So that's two more violent "female" offenders for the statistics.

Heard directly from the manager in question - a woman was followed into the toilets of a department store in my town a couple of days ago, she was aware of someone following her in there, but didn't realise it was a man. She went into one cublcle and he went into the other. Then she looked up and saw him peering over the top of his cubicle into hers. These aren't gender neutral toilets, they are still ladies. Didn't hear the full story but when the woman came out she reported it to the store management who called the police. Apparently this wasn't the first incident this year of a man doing this to a woman in these toilets that are in a fairly busy area of the department store. It is unlikely to appear in the papers. How many incidents are happening like this, which don't even reach the press? Just individual women being preyed on by men with no publicity.

I've just read this thread for the first time. It's not just the high profile public figures is it? I got it straight away when I first started reading about the self ID issue (on here) that it would be and indeed is a charter for predatory and/or abusive men.

My DH rolls his eyes whenever I mention the trans thing but he admitted to me last week he now notices it more and more himself - and has some very strong sciencey views about the whole thing (he's a scientist)
