Officials with the Greenville Police Department in South Carolina say 38-year-old Shawn Hallett, of Levelland, was arrested and charged with voyeurism in Greenville, SC. Police say Hallett was dressed in women's clothing, including wearing a wig and possibly lipstick, and is accused of recording at least one woman in an area convenience store bathroom. A woman told police she went into the restroom, knocked on a stall door, heard a male voice respond, but saw "female shoes" so she decided to use the adjacent stall. After a short time, the woman saw a cell phone appear under the stall wall next to her. She said she immediately left the stall and told a friend an police. Officers arrived and reviewed the contents of Hallett’s phone and identified a video of the victim. Hallett, who was wearing a wig and female clothing, was arrested and his phone seized.
