Case after case of #it will never happen. It is the most twisted situation as we are still being told to allow Males into single sex spaces. We are not protecting children. The worst of it is actually being encouraged to put children in dangerous and abusive situations and if we resist then are accused of bigotry. I'm still waiting impatiently for the turnaround back to common sense.

A 25 year old male with an identity of ‘woman’ exposed themselves to a 15 year old in a female only changing room. And was known to have targeted a 19 year old female employee previously his erection .

A former prisoner in the Rose M. Singer women’s jail on Rikers Island is suing New York City, alleging jail staff ignored her warnings in 2022 that a transgender woman housed among females was actually a man pretending to be a woman in order to prey on the opposite sex behind bars.
"His introduction was, 'I’m not transgender. I’m straight. I like women,’" said the plaintiff, who is identified only as "Rose Doe" in the lawsuit.

According to the civil suit, Rose Doe not only believed the alleged perpetrator was lying about their gender identity but that the prisoner was purposely "instructed to claim that he was transgender by DOC staff so that he could stay in the female dorm where he would have access to female inmates."

Investigative records obtained by Doe’s attorneys and provided to the I-Team, show shortly after the alleged perpetrator arrived in the female dorm, Doe complained to correctional staff, claiming the new detainee sexually propositioned her on April 4th and then groped her in the bathroom on April 6th. After reviewing those complaints, the Acting Warden of the Rose M. Singer Center (RMSC), Floyd Phipps, sent an email saying, "I feel that individual is not a suitable fit for RMSC. . . . [Rose Doe] does not want to remain in the unit due to feeling unsafe."

Even after those warnings and complaints, Doe says correction officers failed to remove the alleged perpetrator from female housing. According to Doe’s lawsuit, early on the morning of April 7th, "while Plaintiff was sleeping in her bed, the Perpetrator, took the opportunity to sexually assault Plaintiff again. . . .pull[ing] down her pants while she was sleeping and begin[ing] to rape her."
"I’ll be scarred for the rest of my life," Doe told the I-Team.

A transgender woman has been found guilty of rape following a night out.
Lexi Secker, 35, of Lowbourne, near Melksham, was living as a man when she attacked a woman in Blunsdon, Wiltshire, on 23 April 2023.
Swindon Crown Court was told Secker would be tried as a woman and she was found guilty of one count of rape on Friday, following a four day trial.
She was remanded in custody and is due to be sentenced on 27 September.
Det Con Corrina Wiltshire, from Wiltshire Police, said: "I would firstly like to thank our victim in this case who has been inspirational in the way they have handled things."
She said the case had taken a long time to come before a judge and commended the victim for their commitment to getting justice, "despite the hurdles".
"They have such incredible strength and I hope it shows others that they can do this too," she added.

What is this supposed to mean? He was a man last year in April when he did this.

How is he a ‘woman’ now? Is he ‘transitioning’? Or is he a ‘cross-dresser’ ( no longer seen as trans by Stonewall)?

Yes, how indeed has a man predisposed to commit violent rape, miraculously realised he is actually a woman? This is the biggest pile of horse shit and how dare any authority try to force sane people to go along with it. This vile excuse of a man is one of many, making a mockery of our legal system and our laws are facilitating the circus. My thoughts are with his victim.

It absolutely enrages me that the justice system bends over backwards to pander to sexual predators with a fetish (real or fake) and yet the actual victim is treated like an afterthought. And if the emotional traumatised victim dares refer to Destiny as Dave or refers his penis - she’s scolded by the judge for misgendering the poor ickle rapist in a dress.

It's entirely possible the female attacked was a friend or acquaintance and also someone with preferred pronouns. The article says the attack happened after a night out. Although it gives no more detail than that.

It seems to be increasingly common in progressive circles that VAWG continues to happen as it always has regardless of the identities people hold.

At least the BBC has reported that Secker, the rapist is a transwoman this time. Unlike Wiltshire police who refer to Secker as a person 🙄.

Although I'm glad he's going to a male prison, the judge's comment

The judge said he was sentencing Secker “with regard to how difficult a prison sentence in a male institution will be for you”.

Makes me think he was given a more lenient sentence because of having a trans identity in a male prison.
