If you're in any doubt, just look at the last two posts on the thread. Your advice is correct. And as cadanita says he robbed her of 28 years of her life. 28 years.

You are giving these women the tools and the eyes to recognise what's happening to them. And the confidence to do something about it.

If you're unsure, occasionally temper it with well that's my story, all that's happened to me, but that's my personal opinion. But only if you think it's making them stop listening.

People aren't silly. They will know you're telling the truth. And your posts always have the ring of authenticity.

And you can say how you feel on the thread. You could say it might sound harsh, but you wish someone had said it to you.

But don't stop saying it.

There seems to be a good mix of voices in there. You don't seem harsh - but if someone is unsure how much reality they want to let in or how much change they can face, just being confronted with any of the thread could put them off. It's terrifying to face up to.

Don't second guess yourself. You are doing something good and important.

I'm still trying to undo the weight I put on over xmas and get my BMI under 25. It's slow going, let me tell you How is it I can put on 3lbs overnight (literally)? However I'm considering a non virtual G&T tonight, as I'm in the mood for a little booze and this seems like the least injurious sort.
