Guess how I got suspended from the Labour Party?

Well, one of the weirdest days in my life concluded with me receiving a letter informing me of my immediate suspension from the Labour Party. They believe I may have breached the rules by subverting the intention of All Women Shortlists, Women’s Officers or minimum quotas for women. Unfortunately, this does mean that my political ambitions are on hold for a while. I shall of course be continuing to self-identify as a woman every Wednesday, as that is my gender identity...

I have to say a huge thanks to @namechangeah for all her help, guidance and, more importantly, proof-reading! I wouldn’t have gotten to this point without it. I’d also like to thank everyone for their support today. I hope this has helped a bit.

And the Telegraph called me an “activist”! Achievement unlocked Grin

Neither being gender critical nor being aware that your sex is male nor means that you can't be trans.

Miranda Yardley for instance is an example of a gender critical trans person.

I do Bowl. That's why I'm here mostly only reading and responding to those whose views I don't agree with. I think in my original post I said it had achieved clarification from the Labour party. That's a good thing!
Now everyone can see what is going on, as you say.

David I do just want to warn you there might be a few unpleasant ramifications to being a woman on Wednesdays.

Writer Jane Williams has a bi-gender partner. On the days they're female, She drives the car differently, is less confident and less assertive. When she writes and expresses herself it comes from the heart, he is more guarded, defensively upbeat and economical with his words

Just be careful. If you're going to drive on Wednesdays, perhaps ask a man if he will chaffeur you instead. If you have to write anything as part of your job, ask a nearby male to proofread your work so it isn't overly emotional so you don't embarrass yourself professionally. I just don't want this to affect you too negatively, with the sacrifices you're already making.

SMG, where did you find out that the Mexico candidates claiming to be trans but aren't is fake news? Genuinely interested as every report I've seen (and there have been several) have said it was real.

For any person who claim it's transphobic btw, there are two genuine trans candidates (if it is a genuine story) and no one is objecting at all to their being there as it is a female or transwomen short list.

David was on the AWS. He was suspended after being approved to go on it. And had he not done an interview he would still have been in a position to be elected.

Lol...You need a definition first before you can say something is or isn't something. You only know about this because of a story. Because he DID get on the list - that is the fucking point!

Which has only illustrated how unlikely it is to actually happen.

Mip yes it happened but the point is they were rumbled, kicked off and punished pretty quick. Because they weren't actually transgender, just pretending to be.

They appear to have been 'rumbled' because of complaints, not because of any safeguarding of the process. No complaints and they wouldn't have been investigated at all.

But it does show pretty clearly men are prepared to be trans if it would be to their benefit.

I don't actually know what you mean by that ItsAll. I think the point is that a trans woman isn't a man. But a man pretending to be a trans woman for a stunt is a man.

I think that's pretty clear.
