I am really intrigued by this (on a whole other plane from GRA) as I hadn't fully grasped this chap's politics (we're friends through music) but now that you mention the Marxist thing I can see it.

My mother is also a Marxist and although also a feminist, is really struggling with the gender thing and just cant fully agree with people like Sheila Jeffreys and Germaine. Your explanation has made sense of what she has been unable to make me understand.

Have you had much stuff published (journals etc?) I find your writing fascinating and your political knowledge is clearly deeper than mine 🤣🤣
