Wanted to share this excellent article ( written by a man ) I just saw on Twitter. It's pretty long and for many of us isn't saying anything new, but it's worth a read as it makes some good points.

I emailed my female Labour MP to ask her stance on self ID
She believes that anyone who self identifies as a female should be allowed to work in a Women’s shelter or similar as long as they have had no previous convictions for violent offences.
So basically any man should be allowed to work in a women’s refuge apart from those with a criminal record

He's a good guy and it's a good article. But there isn't a single point that hasn't been made, eloquently and repeatedly, by the women of Mumsnet for several years now. I'm glad this is reaching a youth audience and as Tom is male he won't get rape or death threats but it's a little depressing how much more traction the arguments have when "he-peated". (see also James Kirkup and Rod Liddle)

Excellent article. Also the one he wrote on pornography I read a few days ago by following a Twitter trail which I now can't recall.

Nice! It's actually a bit relieving to read something which uses such objective language.
