Tbh I'm at the point now where using the phrase "trans woman" feels like I'm knifing myself in the back. It causes me grating mental pain whenever I come across it. I don't believe in transgender at all. Males can't become women, not through surgery, verbal identification, wishful thinking, or any other method. They just can't. The phrase "trans women" implies a subset of women and they are not a subset of women, they are a subset of men. I resent being forced to listen to or use this blatantly bullshit terminology. To have any honest discussion the terms need to be clear and accurate and this one has been carefully chosen to present a lie as a fact, it creates massive issues with having any discussion and it is obviously supposed to! It's propaganda. But if we don't use it, if we say "men who claim to be women" which is the damn truth bang you can expect your posts to disappear, banned from so-called feminist groups, no platforming, etc.
There exist some people with serious mental health issues around accepting the sexed form of their own bodies. I don't agree that surgery is an appropriate treatment for that and I dont believe it means they have opposite sexed brains. It's a disorder that requires mental health support. That's it.
As for all the self identifying trans women who don't even suffer this disorder - I reckon they fall into two groups. Gay men with issues around being gay (their own issues or the ones forced on them, like those in Iran or those camp little boys whose homophobic parents can't deal), or they are creepy misogynists with a fetish they like to force on other people, forcing women in particular to play along by 'validating' them in our public and private spaces. Blanchard hasn't been debunked, far from it. The reality is so in your face obvious it requires total censorship by government and media to maintain the delusion.
