I feel so dizzy and scared. Have awful health anxiety.

31 years old.

This morning found 3 small pin head sized marks on right breast. Been googling like mad. I'm so scared I have inflammatory breast cancer.

I have been obsessively checking my breasts the last couple of days and I don't knownif I've created trauma to my breats but these red marks have scared me. I feel like my head is so heavy and I'm going to be sick and I keep going to the toilet.

I have two small children and their dads taken then out to not see me in this state again

They are small and red and three if them spread out across my breast. Not itchy. No swelling

I'm shaking violently. Its one thing after another another me...I was only at the doctors last week with a pain in my side...three weeks before that I asked them to look at my fibrous breast tissue for the 10th time

If they have literally appeared over night, I don't thunk there is anything to worry about. Probably just a rash, or like you have said you've caused sking trauma from obsessively checking yourself. In reality what Hood would speaking to a doctor right now do?

Fet2021duejuly2022 · 05/12/2021 14:59

Sounds like little bruises to me, probably from prodding yourself.

I’m the same as you op. I have health anxiety, I also have ocd (googling symptoms is part of this), ptsd and pna.

Nothing wrong with making a gp appointment tomorrow to check your spots but I’d also tell them how you’re feeling.

Stop googling it won’t tell you what’s wrong and will only make you feel terrible.

Hugs 💐

Thatsplentyjack · 05/12/2021 14:59

I think what you need to do is go tk the doctor to talk about your health anxiety and try and get treatment for that.

ApolloandDaphne · 05/12/2021 15:00

I don't think anyone here can help you right now as I suspect you won't be able to calm down just on us saying not to worry. Are you getting help for your health anxiety?

Toottoot11 · 05/12/2021 15:00

Make me feel better. I saw one this morning and then as I looked more there were two more. I was checking my breats yesterday morning quite a lot but then decided to stop but now these pin head red marks are there

My god, so many typos. Sorry!

Toottoot11 · 05/12/2021 15:02

What if I die. My little boy is disabled and non verbal

Pin head marks that have appeared overnight honestly sound like small bruises to me. I get them if I scratch too much. (I have dry skin)

Mabelface · 05/12/2021 15:02

It's probably marking from the lace on your bra. 3 pin size marks that appeared overnight are very highly unlikely to be breast cancer.

Thatsplentyjack · 05/12/2021 15:02

There is nothing wrong with you OP. Skin gets marks on it all the time.

Thatsplentyjack · 05/12/2021 15:04

Well you're not going to die from 3 tiny spots on your breast. What you need to do is get to the doctor and get help with your anxiety or that's what will consume yours and your families life.

Fet2021duejuly2022 · 05/12/2021 15:04

116123 Give the Samaritans a ring. You sound like you need to talk to someone.

You aren’t going to die 💐 you’re absolutely fine

Toottoot11 · 05/12/2021 15:04

I did leave did leave my bra on last night when I fell asleep which I never do and when I woke up it was all lopsided and twisted.

They are very small and red and spread out. Three of them. I have very small breasts so I can see them all without any effort

Small bruises, or have you looked up cherry angiomas? If you have fair skin these are just little harmless bright red capillary marks that appear on the skin as you age, often starting in your thirties. I have loads on my breast.

Don’t worry, OP! Book a GP appointment to put your mind at rest; skin marks and rashes are rarely serious. But talk to your GP about your health anxiety too.

foxgoosefinch · 05/12/2021 15:06

If you left your bra on they are probably just tiny bruises on the skin from the bra!

CampagVelocet · 05/12/2021 15:06

OP the only thing wrong with you is your health obsession. You don't have cancer and you aren't dying.

Fet2021duejuly2022 · 05/12/2021 15:06

@foxgoosefinch I have loads too, especially since being pregnant.

Fet2021duejuly2022 · 05/12/2021 15:07

@Toottoot11 I totally understand how you are feeling. I’ve been there. You are physically fine. You need to speak to your gp about your mental health. 💐

Toottoot11 · 05/12/2021 15:08

Thanks guys. My husbands gone out all he's so frustrated with me..I've had help with health anxiety before and all the tablets...

My mind is telling me...red dots. Inflammatory breast cancer. I also eventually found a website for inflammatory breast cancer with a woman holding her inflamed breast and she had the exact same red spots in her breast as what I have.

@Toottoot11 stop googling. It won’t diagnose you xxx

Fet2021duejuly2022 · 05/12/2021 15:10

Are you still on medication? Sound like you need more support x

Blueuggboots · 05/12/2021 15:10

You need help with your anxiety.
I'm sorry you feel so worried.
