Just that really, is this usual for anyone else?

2 months this has been happening, sometimes shorter ones sometimes longer.

Also Google cytolytic vaginosis and see if you can relate to the symptoms

donquixotedelamancha · 12/08/2020 22:54

It's a roundworm. I would hazard that your bum is itchy and you've been feeling nauseous. @Tootsey11

Babymamamama · 12/08/2020 22:55

What’s the texture like OP?

TableFlowerss · 12/08/2020 22:58

Looks like a thread worm? Maybe it crawled from the other end?

Tootsey11 · 12/08/2020 23:03

They are soft not hard. Yes I am nauseous, have been for a long time. It's my worst symptom. Just general unwell, tired and no energy.

I never used thrush cream on the inside ever. Just outside.

It's not cream, toilet roll, Tampax threads, or anything like.

Just for anyone who finds it hard to resist a google, like me, it looks like this is likely. And also DO NOT GOOGLE IT.
KingCatMeowInSpace · 12/08/2020 23:06

@Polnm

If you don’t use tampons then what kind of underpants does your other half use? Or does he use a cotton swab/wool on his genitals? (I have no idea why someone would do that )
I have tears- that made me laugh sooo much- sorry

Too late.

First of all, I think your title should have had a warning in it - more obvious than "possibly TMI" and I have reported this to Mumsnet in the hope that they will put a proper warning in the title.
I was nearly sick.
I think it's absolutely revolting to post a picture like that without a warning.

Having said that, I think that looks like a worm.
You need to show that photo to your GP rather than a bunch of randoms on Mumsnet with weak stomachs

Whattodotho · 12/08/2020 23:09

Ahh I Googled it too. Could be that. Ah man I'm have some weird dreams tonight.

wildthingsinthenight · 12/08/2020 23:10

I agree with whoever said decidual cast fragments

Fruitsaladjelly · 12/08/2020 23:12

I had issues with thrush once, it just wouldn’t shift, I wasn’t particularly uncomfortable with it but no amount of canisten Or fluconazole would touch it. I ended up seeing a homeopath and took some weird multi bacteria powder stuff with dried wheat grass in water daily plus cider vinegar as often as I could stomach it. Problem solved. Homeopathy is one of those treatments that takes bloody ages, like months of gradual improvement but it treats the whole you not just the symptom. You likely like me just need to be re balanced, I’d been eating to much sugar and rubbish, the weird powders got everything back where it should have been. Conventional medicine doesn’t have all the answers.

Geppili · 12/08/2020 23:13

Op, I hope you feel better soon. It is hard with lockdown and not being able to see doctors as easily. I really think you should insist on a second opinion and possibly take a sample of the little albino twiglet to help diagnosis. Grin

BooseysMom · 12/08/2020 23:13

There's no need to report it when it only looks like a levitating anaemic twiglet. Come on now! Confused

Fruitsaladjelly · 12/08/2020 23:13

And jeez there are some completely pathetic idiots on here, nearly sick? Give me strength

Nothingwillcomeofnothing · 12/08/2020 23:14

My first thought was coagulated sperm, but having googled round worm I am not so sure.
Have you shown the discharge to a health professional op.?

BooseysMom · 12/08/2020 23:15

And jeez there are some completely pathetic idiots on here, nearly sick? Give me strength

Precisely.

RLOU30 · 12/08/2020 23:16

I’m really not trying to be unkind but I’ve had to remove myself to the balcony as I’m laughing so hard as these comments.
Hope you get it sorted OP

mumofthree1993 · 12/08/2020 23:16

@BlueSlice

I was going to go and rummage in the kitchen for a snack but I think I’ll pass now...
Snap haha
Fruitsaladjelly · 12/08/2020 23:17

Interested by the roundworm Theory, Are you sure this came from the vagina or was it just in your knickers so you assumed?

Tootsey11 · 12/08/2020 23:17

I just googled decidual cast, no not it.

OP posts:
Scbchl · 12/08/2020 23:17

That is NOT a thread worm for anyone who is posting. They are tiny.

OP I think you could have systemic candida albicans. I would get thrush and have it treated but because the candida was through my whole system it would come back but swabs would be clear. I was constantly nauseous, had no energy, felt crap. I ended up getting 21 days of tablets for candida treatment and it sorted me out and its never come back again.

mumofthree1993 · 12/08/2020 23:18

So I take it you have the mirena coil fitted ?

You sure it hasn't fallen out ?

Geppili · 12/08/2020 23:18

Now I'm guffawing about coagulated sperm..sorry Op 😂
