You know what, I won’t go to a doctor, instead, I’ll remove some, wipe it on to a glass table, take a photo and post it on to a chat forum with almost zero explanation of what it is”.

Stringy. I was been treated for thrush, and I was told by Gp to put cream on after going to the loo. As I sat with a mirror to put cream on these things passed out of my fanjo. This has been happening as I said regularly now.

Doctor hasn't a clue, I have been unwell, and need to find out if this is caused by a condition, or sti.

I am sorry to hear you are not well and that ummm thing anaemic albino twigglet must be worrying.

I can not think what it may be , unless your fanjo is having some sort of allergic reaction to shower gel / soap / laundry detergent or it is as pp said tape worm .
