CheeeseOnToast · 18/05/2010 22:41

VoulezVouzCrochezAvecJACK · 18/05/2010 23:04

You are all veyr naughty girls and must be punished

In october I have a sisterzilla wedding actually. I MUST be a size 14 by then, it will HUGELY piss her off (she's eldest of 5, I am number 4, you cna imagine...)

My birthday in 4 days. I really want to be below 16 stone for my birthday, I can't tell you how much so I am ZONING.

MamaGlee · 19/05/2010 06:34

hi

BudaisintheZONE · 19/05/2010 06:36

Morning all.

Well I need to cut portions today and do some exercise. I really want to walk - forecast is rain but may try and get to Margit Island for 5k loop after drop-off.

Need to drink more water too. May try green tea although am not keen on it.

Hi Jack - you can do it! I am an eldest sis of 4. Am only fat lump though!

Everyone else - 2 days till weigh in! STOP biffing. Just think - will it make me happy? NO IT WON'T!!!!!

isthatporridgeinyourzone · 19/05/2010 06:47

I'm still blardy zoning driven on by the fear factor of pneumatically enhanced russian peroxide blondes in sparkly bikinis.

Love Uniqlo, yes they mail order, Aitch.

VoulezVouzCrochezAvecJACK · 19/05/2010 07:51

I really want to go for a run, my fever has gone, still a bit coughy but not too bad, but not sure i can manage it as DD2 is being ooo clingy and DH has stuff he ahs to do this mroing (ebay parcels, new tire for his bike) ugh.
xtriner otherwise as we will be stuck in house all avo.

buda green tea is bleurgh, I am lucky thought that our tap water is lovely!

porridge, have I missed soemthing? are you being stakled by wags?

cocolepew · 19/05/2010 08:03

No running with a cough Jack [hard stare]

Bloody DDs are playing nitendo dogs, they're driving me mad yelling "sit!" "sit down" "why aren't you sitting you stupid dog?!" [re thinks puppy]

Scales say 10 6 but they're wrong

Themasterandmargaritas · 19/05/2010 08:24

Where did you all go?It's taken me 12 hours to find you all.

Don't any of you send your children to school? I can highly recommend it.

serious biffing last night. I'm sorry but I let the team down. I had a mega sense of humour failure when it took me an hour to get there, stupid bloody people in Nairobi don't know how to drive, it's only el nino a bit of rain ffs.

But in recompense I ran 12k this morning in the mud.

I fear a large Uniqlo spending spree coming on. Their fitted t-shirts, do they stay quite tight and fitted or do they lose shape after a while?

Bravo Yogi

DukesOfTripHazard · 19/05/2010 08:35

Yes fishie these are the 3d. Was surprised that a 28 fit just fine. I would call myself a 10-12 these days. Think 28 are their 12 and 29 the largest they do. Am I right? They just feel light and not really there. Fab.

DukesOfTripHazard · 19/05/2010 08:37

Shudder at Chateau wedding with gold traders. I'd want to completely off-road Aitch, go in shalwar kameez or tux or dressed as Jimmie Krankee.

DukesOfTripHazard · 19/05/2010 08:38

On a you can't be compared if you're not competing ticket.

Am working at drama school today. They all mainline mcdonalds and smoke and look delicious.

BudaisintheZONE · 19/05/2010 08:42

Did drop off and took my recycling on way back. It is bloody freezing! What DH calls a lazy wind - too lazy to go around you so goes through you! It also started to rain. So don't fancy walk. Came home instead.

Am going to sort basement and move stuff around so that I can use cross trainer and watch DVDs down there. Shifting furniture around and carting things up and down the stairs should burn a few calories.

fishie · 19/05/2010 08:50

aren't they good dukes? v slimming for the thigh. by sizing down i mean they size by inch waist measurement. i am in a 28 too, am a large size 12.

i think they do go up to 34 waist if not higher but maybe not in stock.
here are mine

fishie · 19/05/2010 08:51

sorry i left a bit off, sizing down.. one in less than you'd usually buy.

fishie · 19/05/2010 08:51

INCH

dinkystinky · 19/05/2010 08:57

Buda - you need a good raincoat. Then you can go walking come hell or high water. My MiL started WWs about 4 years ago and lots shedloads of weight (she was a 14-16, down to a 10-12) just by watching what she ate and walking everywhere. She still walks everywhere (including 4 miles into work and back until she retired earlier this month) and is keeping it off brilliantly - she swears by her raincoat though.

Dukes - Good luck at with the drama queens today. Remember - if you start to feel jealous - that the McDs and the fags will catch up with them drama starlets in around 15 years time

Right - come on biffers, into the zone with you

Today's menu is

  • skinny latte, porridge with pumpkin seeds and fruit compote for breakfast
  • cherries for snack (1 WW point for a good handful - brilliant)
  • count on us prawn wrap thingy and choc mousse thingy for lunch after body pump class
  • cherries and 2 satsumas for snack

Then out at gig tonight - so dinner will be a slice of toast when I get in and copious amounts of gin and slimline tonic.

A nice balanced diet I think you'll find

dinkystinky · 19/05/2010 09:12

[[http://www.oasis-stores.com/Zig-Zag-Seam-Dress/Formal/oasis/fcp-product/3480001825 would this work for you Aitch or is it too fitted around waist?]

I like this one too - dubious if works for large of nork though

no sleeves but pretty and can be teamed with pretty red shrug maybe?

BudaisintheZONE · 19/05/2010 09:16

I have a raincoat Dinky. Still don't fancy walking in the rain. Actually not so much the rain - it is the freezing cold wind that is putting me off.

FoghornLeghorn · 19/05/2010 09:49

Went to my first WW weigh in last night - was worse than initially thought - I am 11st 2.5 :-(

Went on cross trainer for 20 mins last night - eating lettuce leaves forever

dinkystinky · 19/05/2010 09:56

Fair enough Buda. I'm a fair weather walker too.

CheeeseOnToast · 19/05/2010 11:51

hi everyone

horrible dentist this morning, prodding and making my mouth bleed . Still didn't repress my appetite though. how bad do we think mini babybells are? bearing in mind i'm doing a kind of no carbs/atkins lite type thing? well, I had one of those, and a pepperami and an apple for my mid morning snack. Mid morning biff more like. Chicken and sweetcorn chowder soup will be my lunch, and that only, then another apple for afternoon tea. that should cancel out.

I'm using the stat-meister's ossum chart, I've changed it slightly so the columns are: date, calorie intake (
