i didn't eat enough today, big family outdoor occsion so it was junk food a go go. however, came in STARVING and biffed on oatcakes and peanut butter and also a bowl of ratatouille (this is not biffing) and then some percy pigs (this is). bah. after being SO good earlier.

what weigh-in tomoz, i thought it was fridays?

darryl I have never been able to blow dry my hair properly. ANd the hairdresser always makes a pigs ear of it too. He gets it smooth but makes it HUGE. I get the volume I want (i,e not TOO much) but its frizztastic

I looked at some videos on you tube
Have mid to long bob
Divide into back and front
And then clip up 2/3 of hair and blow dry bottom layer round and under using round brush
Then do the same to the next 1/3 and then the top 1/3
And then do the front section, which I couldn't really divide up so well
But am v pleased with result
Will see if it survives the night

I have BIFFED FOR FUKCING ENGLAND this weekend.

Had two bfs over for dinner last night. Did nibbles, prosecco, the most gorgeous fish pie with carrots cooked in wine and broccoli covered in butter, tarte tatin with creme fraiche and chocolate fudge with coffee. And wine, wine, wine.

It was gorgeous.

But the biffing continued today and now I feel like shit. Am deffo back on the wagon tomorrow.

The closest I'll get is a tankini. I wore one to aquacise though and it kept rolling up. Not Pretty. Although was nice not to be fattest person in the pool room, by a long shot [bitch]
