lets just pretend that other thread Never Happened.

it must Never Be Mentioned Again.

OP posts:
Aitch · 13/05/2010 10:42

oh coco, my sympathies, ear infections are awful. and well done bob.

i have eaten one jelly baby today. i found it on the floor. yes, i am feeling pretty degraded.

cocolepew · 13/05/2010 10:43

Yes to ABs so I'll have to eat more so I don't feel sick with them
I'm sick of thinking what to have for diner and I'm eating my usual ones. I've just cut of snacking and all nice food.

bobbiewickham · 13/05/2010 10:44

Lol at eating jelly baby off the floor.

We've all been there.

I know, I'm a hero. A really hungry, pissed off, plateauing hero who can't stop thinking about almond croissants.

cocolepew · 13/05/2010 10:45

I'd love a packet of cheese and onion square crisps. Crappy crisps is the only thing I miss I'm not fussed on missing out on chocolate. Or jellybabies.

SuSylvester · 13/05/2010 10:47

haev miarculuoulst NOT put on weight
am 10 7 on shit scales and 10 2 on good ones
strange.

haev been yo body pump

snice · 13/05/2010 10:49
bobbiewickham · 13/05/2010 10:49

Well, quavers are fewer than 100 cals a packet, if you can stop at one it wouldn't kill you.

cocolepew · 13/05/2010 10:53

But I'm not supposed to be eating crappy stuff only beige, bland boring food.

bobbiewickham · 13/05/2010 10:57

True. It's the thin end of the wedge.

Alternatives - corn thins with garlic philadelphia?

An oatcake with a bit of cheese on?

SuSylvester · 13/05/2010 10:58

tea tonight is salad as ds is going to a county cricket thing
AN HOURS DRIVE AWAY

grrr then a match tomorrow and another one on sunday
then practice mon tue and maybe a match on wed.
and then there is son1

BariatricObama · 13/05/2010 11:06

the hectic life of a cricket mum! you will be needing a cricket run dress.

weight is being prised kicking a screaming off my body. fat trews are now officially too big but thin trews are muffintastic. i will have to be neckid until i lose more.

SuSylvester · 13/05/2010 11:07

the bit i love it putting a hand on a hip
and noticing there is LESS flab there

dinkystinky · 13/05/2010 11:15

Coco - am still on my sickbed here so sympathise. Thank god you got to see Dr and get ABs. Get you to bed now, drink lots of fluids and eat so you dont feel sick on the ABs and you should be feeling tonnes better by tomorrow.

Lol at Aitch and the jelly baby encounter.

Bobs - that is amazing. I am so ridiculously proud of you as I know Pret is your usual downfall. Excellent work Mrs!

Coco - quavers are beige bland boring food. If you leave it at one pack only you'll be ok.

Jack - come on, think of that shopping budget your mum is giving you for your new figure. Keep up the excellent work. Yes, weight loss will tail off after first 3 weeks but you can keep on losing. Go go go! And STEP AWAY FROM THE PB AND J SANDWICH AND SAUSAGE YOU BIFFER!!!

Buda - get some tight clothes out from your boxes and try them on. Visualise getting into them and them fitting, Every time you're tempted to biff remember that image of those lovely clothes fitting beautifully. Try that to keep you on track.

dinkystinky · 13/05/2010 11:16

Feck Su that's a busy diary you have there!

CheeeseOnToast · 13/05/2010 11:36

Alright zoners

Wow Su that's a lot of things to be ferrying people around to.

Aitch, jelly baby from the floor, I know that feeling. I once went back into the bin to rescue some plum crumble that I had convinced myself I didn't want. I had to move aside a tea bag.

Not too bad yesterday but Could Do Better. I weighed this morning and I was 9st3.4 but I did have sopping wet hair so I?m hoping if I?m really good today I can get it to 9st2, and then I will be super super good for the next week. I really want to get comfortably under 9 stone, I think I?d stop at 8 stone 9. So that?s my new target. I think 8 stone 6 is too much. I?m going to the gym tonight (no class, just running and will book one of my three free personal training sessions . Might also attempt some kind of weight torture lifting.)

Dinner last night was Chilli con carne but DP didn?t get home till 9.50 (grrr) so it was a late dinner. I just had a spoonful of rice (which to my shame was white) and as it had got so late I only had a small portion as I wasn?t very hungry.

Dinner tonight will be mackerel with brown rice, spring onions and broccoli all done in the same pan, it?s one of my signature dishes and is delish. Weetabix for brek today, apple ten mins ago and will have soup for lunch, not su-soup, work soup. Does Lentil Bacon and Cumin soup sound calorie-tastic? They don?t put nutritional info on the lunch food.

Themasterandmargaritas · 13/05/2010 12:27

It's bloody cold here again today only err 18 degrees so I've got my jeans on and they are falling down! You biffers have had an effect.

I think Bobs deserves today's star of the day award. Now don't go and spoil it by stuffing your face with a packet of wotsits like coco used to do.

Poor you Coco, all that room spinning and not a drop of alcohol in sight, it doesn't seem fair.

Do square crisps still exist ? What about bacon rashers?

Tell dh to feck off and drive himself Su. Hold on hasn't he got a bad knee?

Where's Nom? I want to see if what kind of a fight she can get into today.

Aitch · 13/05/2010 12:35

ROFL at moving aside a tea bag... lolololol.

bobbiewickham · 13/05/2010 12:36

Does anyone remember Discos? I used to love the salt and vinegar ones.

And smokey bacon Wheat Crunchies.

And Scampi and Lemon fries.

And Beef and Mustard Brannigans. Lovely with a pint of Guinness.

bobbiewickham · 13/05/2010 12:37

Just seen the plum crumble incident.

ROFL

Themasterandmargaritas · 13/05/2010 12:38

Scampi and lemon fries always made your fingers stink.

What were those prawny things that fizzled in your mouth? I could eat a whole family fun size pack of them in 10 minutes.

bobbiewickham · 13/05/2010 12:43

Skips.

You can still get them.

Yep, remember Scampi Finger well.

Wasn't enough to put me off, though.

isthatporridgeinyourzone · 13/05/2010 12:45

Hello all

Coco and Dinky - hope you feel better soon.

I do hope that jelly baby wasn't a regurgitated one, Aitch. Can't take the risk here.

I love frazzles TMAM and square crisps still exist. You can even get salt n shake still.

Everyone is getting so slim! Still stuck on 8 11 or 8 12 here.

Snice - PUT THE FECKIN CUSTARD CREAMS DOWN. NOW. Join us! You'll not get slim consuming biscuity type products.

bobbiewickham · 13/05/2010 12:52

Ooh, hello Snice!

Didn't notice you sitting there!

Are you coming to join us?

VoulezVouzCrochezAvecJACK · 13/05/2010 13:07

Snice, put down teh creams, you are getting crumbs everywhere (licks them up)

No onions so I had 2 crispbreads, low fat cream cheese and grapes on top for lunch, was surprisingly good.

I would kill for ready salted crisps. MMmmm. You all need to stop talking about fecking biscuits and crisps though.
Walked over to get DD's and took long way back through park while wearing my fitflops, legs all wibbly now.

Off to different park later, trying to work out if a maccy's cappucino is bad or not, what do we reckon? no sugar but this is maccy's, you don't get skinny versions...

dinkystinky · 13/05/2010 13:09

Full fat cap is a bad thing Jack - go tea or black coffee with splashlet of milk. I have a pair of fit flops but cant walk any distance at all in them as they rub between my toes if I do that.
