Tis a brilliant name for a cat ZoneA (though like Magnus too Gherkin)- DS1 has a book called Splat the cat, which I think is also an excellent name but probably a bit self-fulfilling in a city. Sadly cant have cats as DH horrifically allergic to all things feline...

Today's food begins the same as yesterday

breakfast - banana & cup of tea
lunch - quorn burger on wholemeal roll with a couple of rings of raw yellow pepper, a slice of half fat rubber cheese and a squirt of tomato relish
dinner - not decided yet, but something with mucho veg
