Well, shook up my diet yesterday - eggs for breakfast, etc etc- biffed out on pasta and a little bit of choc due to dress stress, BUT got on scales this morning and had lost a pound!

Cheeeese - you deserve better than a Superdrug sandwich. Bloody Robert Mugabe deserves better than a Superdrug sandwich...erk.

I want that dance thing for the wii. My birthday soon, might ask for it

dinkystinky · 14/04/2010 10:29

Hurrah Bobbie!

ZoneArmatrading · 14/04/2010 10:51

Well done Bobbie. For everything plus random mention of Robert Mugabe.

Aitch, don't take on so, it was Cyb talking about her feet looking clownlike in Boden shoes similar to the Clarks Originals I'd linked to.

Bariatric, have you weighed in? This time tomorrow you'll be zoning like you never went away.

Dinkystinky I did sort of feel fuller longer after one of those m&s salads. Not bad.

bobbiewickham · 14/04/2010 10:53

Thank you ladies

ZoneArmatrading · 14/04/2010 10:55

Vat of Susoup bubbling on hob. Lots of cauli needed eating so that's gone in plus some herbs to disguise cauli heaviness.

Jealous of anyone going to TK Maxx.

Work deadline and feel decidedly frivolous.

Will give myself a kicking and get started. If I ask for a kicking I'll keep coming on and checking whether anyone's given me one.

cyb · 14/04/2010 10:55

ok in a fit of pique (and cos I didnt look too bad in my lycra gym leggings) I weighed myself at gym

11 st 3

so have plateued (?) rather than gaining. But must un biff.

Its freezing here. My paultry salado picnic portions will have to suffice

ZoneArmatrading · 14/04/2010 10:57

Breakfast was poached egg and ryebread toast with pathetic smear of peanut butter and marmite.

Lunch will be soup, corn things and chezza toms with half an avocado (I know, but it needs eating and they are beautiful)

Dinner chicken and salado.

cyb · 14/04/2010 10:57

ooh whats chezza toms?

OP posts:
ZoneArmatrading · 14/04/2010 10:59

Cyb if you are seeing your lunch as paltry picnic portions I fear you are laying yourself open to biffing.

Can you add something sensible that means you see it as plentiful picnic portions?

ZoneArmatrading · 14/04/2010 11:01

Cherry tomatoes. See how I'm making things sound exotic and perhaps by turns plentiful?

cyb · 14/04/2010 11:01

well I am taking some oatckases and grated carrot. And I will have a cup of green tea and an apple

I need to go hardcore for a couple of weeks, get my birthday out of the way then release the belt a couple of notches

OP posts:
cyb · 14/04/2010 11:02

and I would have thought chezza toms were a cheesey tomato combo. I was expecting bigger things frankly

OP posts:
dinkystinky · 14/04/2010 11:02

I suspect they may be cherry tomatoes street style Cyb.

Take a flask of su-soup with you - you'll be fine...

ZoneArmatrading · 14/04/2010 11:06

Ha yeah! Street style tomatos Dinky. None of your cheese, Cyb. I'm hardcoring it up until after the bank holiday, so with you there . My mum's 80th will be full of old ladies with lovely things to say to the trim.

cyb · 14/04/2010 11:06

I wish I had thought of that.

I made my picnic at 10.30 last night and sweating off leeks was the last thing on my mind then.

Even now, i'm sitting in my sweaty gym stuff when I should be in the shar getting ready

So see y'all later.....

geordieminx · 14/04/2010 11:12

Su Soup here too - celery, peppers, carrots, onions and leeks. No butternut squash or potato, as found the pot went a bit minging after being frozen then deprosted and cooked again.

On a potato realted matter, was up at aunts farm easter weekend, cattle and potatoes. Cousin says "D'ya want some tatties?" We go through about 3 a week in our house, so politely decline, but no, he wouldnt accept no, so thought I best take a few so as not to offend... gave him keys to car as he said he would stick them in the boot...

Gets home... 25kg of potatoes. 55lb of potatoes 4 fecking stone of bastard potatoes.

I have finally managed to get rid of them... mum, grandad and 4 houses in the street have all had potatoes.

pointydog · 14/04/2010 11:32

oen weetabix with milk
glass fruit juice
