I have just eaten a plain pancake. Well, was actually a crumpet but I think there are regional differences with that term and hardly any of you will know what I mean so I'll call it a big flat pancake.

Damn hungry. Also, I will be making macaroni cheese this evening and need to make sure I do not eat any cheese while preparing as I normally chomp half a pun of it

pointydog · 14/04/2010 16:54

I never liked the transport museum

geordieminx · 14/04/2010 16:55

Transport museum has closed, they are re-housing it... not quite sure where though

Much as I complain about being up here, tis nice really. Half an hour and you can be in proper countryside with lakes and mountains and everything

Ds is having buttery mash and homemade chicken nuggets. This is why I am such a lard arse... it gets to 4.30, I make his tea and end up gorging picking. Must resist.

Themasterandmargaritas · 14/04/2010 16:56

Did you not like the trams?

I'd love a bit of crumpet.

pointydog · 14/04/2010 16:57

you mean lochs, don;t you

geordieminx · 14/04/2010 16:57

Nah my neither pointy..

We love the Science Centre, although mae the mistake of going last week during school holidays... it was manic.

pointydog · 14/04/2010 16:57

how many ww points in a big flat pancake?

geordieminx · 14/04/2010 16:59

iceberg/carsberg

(although I did actually mean to write lakes lochs)

pointydog · 14/04/2010 17:00

we went to science centre on teh first Sat of the hols. Was good. I saw a young man with his trousers sitting just under his bottom cheeks and nearly all of his grey boxers on show. I said to dd1 that I found that sight even more amazing than all the sciency stuff

geordieminx · 14/04/2010 17:05

So do you live up here pointy? ((((nosey emoticon)))))

pointydog · 14/04/2010 17:10

en ecosse, jawohl

cyb · 14/04/2010 17:20

RIGHT

Survived parental picnic porkage

I troughed my salado, did not glance at the bags of nacho's (altho I've just eaten a bag of french Fries here, worcester sauce yum), chipolatas, sausage rolls, tunnocks teacakes, wagon whels, etc etc

Steak and veg for tea.

4 oatcakes, tea and juice

Apple

Egg sandwiches on wholemeal bread (smelly), 3 oatcakes, tea, an orange

Sausages and mash.

I'm so good. [halo shines]

cocolepew · 14/04/2010 17:29

I like the shoes, I loved the denim blue Clarkes ones as well. I might but them [ponders]

cyb · 14/04/2010 17:32

how are the oatcakes working out for you coco? Missing bread yet?

OP posts:
Themasterandmargaritas · 14/04/2010 17:37

Coco you have really deserted me now, you are truly zoneified.

The Zara wedges are horrid, the clarks ones are fun. But you've got to hand it to her, she is trim is Sam.

cocolepew · 14/04/2010 17:38

No because I had bread today

I'm eating them instead of chocolate. Mate is disgusted by the amount of butter I put on them, she thought it was a chunk of cheese

cyb · 14/04/2010 17:39

I reckon coco could surprise us all on this trhead. She's a dark horse, that one
