Gherkin - have a pancake. Tis just some flour, milk (use semiskimmed) and egg and a smidgeon of butter - works out as 1 point on WW for a little one. I chuck some berries on mine and a smidgeon of maple syrup - well worth it.
So plateauing... am assuming you're following Su's portion control rules so the other things to look at are water and diet. Do you drink lots of water? If not, get guzzling. Do you eat the same every day/week in week out? May be that your body has got used to it if you're plateauing. Try shaking it up (with pancakes or something else) - smaller meals with 2 tiny healthy snacks (fruit or ricecake plus some protein) may be an idea - and see how it goes. Would say do some exercise too but sounds like you did lots with your gardening yesterday. Take it easy on your back.
Cyb - good on you for going to hardcore gym class.
Welldone Geordie and BO on your losses.
Have day off today so am going to walk DS2 over to his haircut a couple of miles away and then get to take him for his much delayed jabs this afternoon - fun fun fun. As the child does not react well to jabs (last time he cried for several hours post jab at the unfairness of it all) I may need to resort to chocolate to get through it...
