cyb · 12/04/2010 18:50

pointydog · 12/04/2010 18:51

revised:

weetabix and milk, fruit juice,
half tin tuna (briney one), 2 jacob's crackers,
2 tangerines,
5 oven crinkle chips (nicked from other's plate),
spiced vegetables (quite a big portion so didn't feel like my foul spinach soup)

cyb · 12/04/2010 18:51

YES PLEASE to new thread

zzzzzz

QueenCoco · 12/04/2010 18:53

No oatcakes are BAD they have sugar in them. Can you get sugar free ones

pointydog · 12/04/2010 18:54

a bit of sugar is ok in my book.

and considering how dry and cardy oatcakes are, there can't be a lot of sugar in there

mrsjuan · 12/04/2010 19:26

Dance off tonight?
Shall I choose the first song and then the winner can choose the next one?
Who have we got then?

Prima ballerina porridge
coco
juan
Dandy

mrsjuan · 12/04/2010 19:29

pointy - there's not much point trying to lose more than a couple of pounds a week if you actually want it to stay off long term

I think I lost nearly half a stone the first week I did Atkins a few years ago though and I was 'only' 10.5 stone then.

I read somewhere that you can only physically put on a pound a day though.
