Right. Am off to parents' house until Sunday. I'm going via Borough Market to pick up meat for a BBQ for dad's birthday lunch tomorrow (he says we'll BBQ in the garage if it's pissing it down as forecasted!)

The meat is his pressie, so I'm getting some lovely sirloins from Wild Beef, then some chicken breasts and fancy sausages from the Ginger Pig.

Needless to say - I will only be having some chicken on a skewer and some salad. No steak, baked potato or sausages for me.

Help me keep strong. I think barbequed steak is my favourite food in the whole wide world, but I can't justify eating a massive door-stop of cow after the hardcore workout I did this morning and undo all that work. Chant along with me now:
