helloooo, may i join you all? i have been reading but just not leapt in!

Me:
I am 5ft2 - shorty.

well i lost weight when dd was 3 (went down to size 12, to about 9st 3). it crept back on gradually then i got pregnant with ds. I have very sicky pregnancies so i think i make up for it after the babies are born. However i think 18 months of making up for it was a bit ott . at the end of jan I was 12st ( ). I have been steadily losing weight and last week was 11st1. however at today's weigh in i was 111st 2. wtf??? i wanted to ge at 11st or below so that the first stone was done and dusted. this is the first time i have gained in about 8 weeks pah.

i want to get down to about 9 st 9 which will be in the healthy range for my height - at the top end but it will be achievable. i hope. bearing in mind i was classed as obese according to my bmi at the start of this, being healthy would be farking marvellous!

soooo.... can i join you?

isthatporridgeinyourhair · 27/03/2010 13:51

Hi Little bit. You've done well. All welcome here, don't mind the shouting and insults. It all tough love here.

dinkystinky · 27/03/2010 13:57

Welcome Littlebit - you're doing really well so far, hopefully the fear su factor will help spur you on.

Gherkin- at least the running will help work off that cake..

cyb · 27/03/2010 13:58

not sure about ribbon tied silver glads...might chop legs at unfortunate point

alittlebitshy · 27/03/2010 14:08

Thanks for the welcome.

i do think that the cakes from here on Monday (at work - twas rude not too) may have had something to do with my gain this week..... But frankly, i could NOT say no

isthatporridgeinyourhair · 27/03/2010 14:15

Littlebit - don't show things like that on here - I haven't had cake like that for five weeks. I'll start licking the screen.

CheeeseOnToast · 27/03/2010 14:22

Hi everyone. Really can't keep up with you all!!

In the last day I have eaten bread, pasta and crisps. Was at my mums and she cooked it all espesh for me. Ok well not the crisps but everything else. And I've had some wine

BUT on way home so it's my way only now. Veg and fish for dinner. I'll reign it back in. Just a day of carbs and stomach has regressed to wobbly and bulgy, yuck.

Well done on the run, mmelindt.

NomDePlume · 27/03/2010 14:48

NomDePlume · 27/03/2010 15:44

are you eating tonight su ?

I'm not hungry today either. Might go and have a go on the rower.

There seems to be a few runners on this thread, what other exercise are folk doing ? Su, are you still gymming ?

kitkat9 · 27/03/2010 15:51

you all eat hardly anything

i have had bowl of cereal (oaty stuff with dried tropical fruit, skim milk, yum)

and tinned mackerel (sp??) with lots of green salad. am not hungry.

have made bolognese for dinner, full of added veg, which i shall have without spag but more salad instead. haven't ad pasta for over a week, and am no longer feeling the need for it

do you think that if you force yourself to eat less eventually your appetite diminishes? i get hungry. think that's due to lack of sleep as well though - am getting to the dangerous part of the day

SuSylvester · 27/03/2010 15:59

yes but havebeen in court on days off so much in teh last 10 days - three times that i haevnt been for a wheil

tbh excercise has litle effect.

OP posts:
SuSylvester · 27/03/2010 15:59
