the Giggle?

cyb · 27/03/2010 09:06

I prefer the turquoise or coral ones in those

MmeLindt · 27/03/2010 09:06

LOL at Nick Griffin. I sometimes wonder if he is actually a liberal satirist having us all on.

kitkat9 · 27/03/2010 09:12

please explain the zone to me

am pondering name change mmmlindt, can never think of anything good!

your name is making me think of the choc bunnies dc got yesterday

MamaGoblin · 27/03/2010 09:16

Nick Griffin, MmeLindt? Explain pls? (Or are you just trying to put me off my breakfast? )

MamaG, I had to look up Spheksophobia. Am one too, in that case.

cyb · 27/03/2010 09:17

the zone is where you can make informed choices and decisions about what you will eat rather than mindless snuffling around in the cupboards looking for 'something' which may end up being a Double Decker or a packet of Quavers, or in my case half a loaf of white bread and butter.

it means planning what you will eat for the day and sticking to it

it means reducing your portion size

once you are in it, its great. I think I may have to be in the zone for the rest of my life though

it means also before you stuff anything in your mouth 'Can I eat this and be blameless'

LeSingeEstDansLarbre · 27/03/2010 09:18

i KNEW no fucker was reading my posts.

bobbiewickham · 27/03/2010 09:19

I am going to throw away a large box of Thorntons chocs!

(With six missing, ahem).

I'm going to do it, ladies - RIGHT NOW!!!

LeSingeEstDansLarbre · 27/03/2010 09:20

give them to your neighbour.

btw wrt the giggle, i think they look badly balanced and despite being not really that high would KILL.

MamaGoblin · 27/03/2010 09:20

Oh, curry recipes. Sorry, LeSinge! Thread too fast!

MmeLindt · 27/03/2010 09:20

No one answered my software question either, Lesinge. I should have snuck it in between a question about shoes.

bobbiewickham · 27/03/2010 09:21

No, it's symbolic.

They're going in the bin.

They are horrible and they dragged me out of the zone.

bobbiewickham · 27/03/2010 09:23

Have done it.

Dropped them in individually to prevent fishing incidents later.

I feel cleansed.

Can anyone explain why I've woken up with three - three cold sores this morning?

Am herpes on legs.

SuSylvester · 27/03/2010 09:24

i snickered at teh curry
i did
i snickered internally

I am v excited.

I did not go into overdraft this month! £91 in credit before I got paid - yeehah.
Maybe its cos I am eating less

Well done for chucking chocs bobbie. I could not have done that esp if there were cappuncino truffles

kitkat9 · 27/03/2010 09:26

thank you cyb

please also tell me that you can eat well for WEEKS and do loads of exercise with ZERO weight-loss, then all of a sudden it all dramatically falls off

it seems that it soesn't matter how good i am, the scales don't budge

sometimes i feel thinner and clothes feel looser but the scales still stubbornly stick at 11 farking stone. no more, no less. it's depressing as hell.

cyb · 27/03/2010 09:27

squirt the 'dieters friend' Fairy Liquid (I have a years supply if you are interested) on them incase you come over all limp later

While we are confessing I had a white bread roll with peanut bueer on it last night at about 10.30.

I'd switched the computer off so it was like you werent all watching me. It was delicious, first bread (or butter) I've eaten in 3 weeks. And I was ravenous and had nowt diety in.

So ner

bobbiewickham · 27/03/2010 09:27

There were...and some nutty ones.

Tasted too sweet and a bit plasticky though, so no great loss.

HumphreyCobbler · 27/03/2010 09:27

Morning all.

bobbiewhickham, I won chocolates in the bloody raffle yesterday.

DH locked them in the shed at my request.

I know where he hides the key though.

MY BEES ARE FINE TODAY. Just thought I'd mention it.

cyb · 27/03/2010 09:28

kitkat then dont weigh. I am going by inch loss (not actually measuring that either) and how much better my clothes feel and look/PLUS exercising and eating less has GOT to be good for you, weight loss or otehrwise

bobbiewickham · 27/03/2010 09:28

Bin em Humph, it's the only way.

HumphreyCobbler · 27/03/2010 09:29

DH wants to eat them.

If I am tempted I will come on here for hand holding.

bobbiewickham · 27/03/2010 09:29

I'm wearing some jeans today that I could hardly do up two weeks ago.

Still have muffins, but only little ones.

Well, littler ones...

HumphreyCobbler · 27/03/2010 09:30

I love getting into clothes again. It is like shopping without the trauma.

bobbiewickham · 27/03/2010 09:30

Ok, Humph, we won't let you stray out of the zone...
