I have eaten plenty today!

breakfast - 2 boiled eggs and a fat free yoghurt

snack - pear, grapes

lunch - 3 quorn sausages with mushrooms and baked beans (half a tin!)

snack (again) - pinch of raisins (a giant pinch)

dinner- don't know yet, maybe a veggie burger with loads of salad in a WM roll

Went to Pizza Express - had salad nicoise with no dressing.

(Well maybe I dipped some bread in it, but only a wee smidge).

It came with four big doughstick things, two small and two big. I ate one and two thirds of the smallest ones.

Naughty. So no carbs tonight. Just stir fried veg and perhaps salmon.

My sil was moaning about ebing fat the other day (after tucking into mahoosive roasty dinner plus pud - I was v abstemious). She had been teling me that she had been out for dinner with a friend on the thurs (so 3 days earlier) and they had had 3 course carvery all you can eat for £9.
