It is sweeeeeeeet BO.

Just been in to ds4's Sports Relief mile walk. Am feeling all bouncy Course dragging a pushchair and a toddler on a scooter round made it less fun but hey, it will take the pounds of right?

The twins, ds3 and dd1 want me to go to theirs this avo but i have to go shopping. Ifi did them all i would have walked 3 miles today on top of the school runs though...

Hmmmm

We need toothpaste and nappies. Corn thins too.

I am short. 5'3 and a bit. A bit of weight shows up instantly

gherkinwithapurplemerkin · 19/03/2010 10:49

HumphreyG - I see your 30GGs and raise you 30Js. Crap isn't it?
Taller than you though, good job or there wouldn't be any torso for them to lie on!

Toots · 19/03/2010 11:30

Right, I'm done with the lurking, if you pleasey. Greetings! Are you in your cobalt tracksuit today Su, or a different one?

Was 10st 10, now teetering between 10 and 9.13. Basically 10 pounds in 5 weeks. But it all happened in first three and last two have been slo-o-o-o-o-w but I have stayed surprisingly on message.

Moved to post by talk of norks. Mine - a modest 36B - have taken a bit of a hammering with the weight loss. Must build impressive pecs and shoulders to make up for it.

Is pleasure to be looking better in clothes but determined to shift another half stone. I need to be bellowed at, benignly through a megaphone.

BariatricObama · 19/03/2010 11:34

hi toots!

30ee here i am flat chested compared to you 2 page 3 lovelies

largeginandtonic · 19/03/2010 11:43

Toots i am a measly 34d atm. More like flapping envelopes on the breeze. Depressing beyond words.

Blardy hell there are some serious norks on this thread

Welcome btw. You are doing well! Have you gone down a dress size or does everything just feel better on?

I want to drop a dress size really.

Toots · 19/03/2010 11:51

I'm enjoying my smaller jeans, definitely favouring a 12 rather than a 14. Albeit still with giant muffin.

Have to be steely and not splurge on new clothes. Lots of them have been no fun to wear for a while. Am getting pleasure from layering and accessorising even for school run (work at home)which I haven't been arsed with in ages.

When coat weather properly ends we can all emerge from our cocoons like lovely butterflies.

Seriously now mustn't come back for hours. Work deadline.

HumphreyCobbler · 19/03/2010 12:06

lol at serious norks

mine are actually comedy breasts

makes clothes really really hard to do properly. Unless you like to dress from bravissimo. Which I don't.

moodlum · 19/03/2010 12:48

largeg&t well done - that's awesome

BO well done on 2lb that's brilliant too.

Erm - I am deffo on the wrong thread. I am not going to say exactly what I weigh, but am 5ft 5, and have just had news bras at 36FF, and if I could, I would try and lose 2.5 stone. So, I'll be on this thread until Christmas and you skinny minnies can all revisit mad old me on the thread on my own when you want to lose your Christmas lbs

I have been doing energetic gardening all morning, and have just had two jammy dodgers and a packet of snackajacks. Classy. Jacket potato and ham and salado for lunch.

Have just picked DS up who has broken up for Easter already.. Am going to have to steel myself to resist all the chocolate that will inevitably come with this time of year.

CheeeseOnToast · 19/03/2010 13:11

Well done everyone on your impressive Friday weigh-ins.

I have no scales at the moment so am just going by the way my clothes feel. My stomach feels much flatter today so I feel spurred on. And feel good after my run yesterday.

Breakfast was porridge again, and I've just had lunch: bowl of salad leaves with cucumber, cherry toms and a chopped carrot, dressed with balsamic vinegar. And I preceded that with a tin of mackerel fillets in brine on a piece of dry wholemeal toast.

I'm out again tonight so will have a bowl of soup before I go, with the idea that it will help me resist food at the bar. Where I'm going does AMAZING bar snacks so I'm going to need all the help I can get.

What is everyone up to at the weekend? I'm going for an 'inch loss' session at a salon tomorrow, the treatment was reduced to £12 from £36 and my friend and I are giving it a whirl together. Might be a load of balls but could be worth £12 at least.

CheeeseOnToast · 19/03/2010 13:13

Oh and just to add my nork-stats to the pile, I'm a rather modest 32C. Which shrink to virtually nothing when I lose weight... but the thighs and stomach will be worth it.

Seriously impressed with the norkage here though!

isthatporridgeinyourhair · 19/03/2010 14:04

Norks wise - I am definately on the wrong thread! I'm 36B having shrunk (oh joy - not)from a C. If I keep going I'll have nothing left.

cyb · 19/03/2010 14:06

While we're creating a list I'm 34 D

Bariatric O you sound a very similar size and shape to me . I'm just over 5 ft 8 and THINK (no scales) I am about 11 1/2 stone. I may well be less now.

Want to be 11 tops. I was 10 1/2 on wedding day (granted, 10 years ago). Not sure I want to go that low.

Will you not look too thin with all that weight lost?

Resisted biscuits today AND they were choc digestives

Themasterandmargaritas · 19/03/2010 14:18

at all those norks.

I'm not going to dish, suffice it to say the measuring lady at MnS once said 'sorry love I'm afraid we have nothing in your size, come back next week when we launch our TeenAngel range.'

Toots · 19/03/2010 14:48

Today:
Porridge with banana
2 coffees and a tea all with semi.
two corn crispbreads with peanut butter
chicken, piece of rye bread, mango chutney.

Normally would have had ton of salado too but nowt in fridge.

ArcticRoll · 19/03/2010 15:00

Please, please can I join?-have been lurking for a while.
I need to lose about ten pounds so I can fit into all my clothes-lots of my wardrobe now is out of bounds as have piled on the pounds but don't want to buy next size up.

largeginandtonic · 19/03/2010 15:50

Arctic roll yum! Welcome.

Master lol at you and the teen bra section. Mine might measuer biggish but are truly wrecked. 7 bf babies does make for splendid norks.

It is the only thing i know i can not change. I think it will be a boob job one day. Not sure.

So far i have eaten bowl of museli
4 crab sticks
jacket with prawn mayo for lunch
4 dried apricots

Am hungry BUT not really craving something sweet like i have been.

cyb · 19/03/2010 15:57

6 - count 'em 6 people told me today how well and glowy I looked.

Coincidence? I think not.

I'm SUCh a boaster, aren't I?

SuSylvester · 19/03/2010 16:06

WOW! at you lot
our diet is working
amazing losses.
i am 5' 7 but err twds curvy
wedding weight 9 stone 8 [gasp}
under 10.7 is fine for me

started er mor than that

fishie · 19/03/2010 16:27

i am 5'5" and 34e. am 69k but according to the guardian i should be 6k less (or 12lb for you imperials). am rather solid though so can't see that happening.

talk to me about fat monitoring scales. where can i go and try some?

today have eaten some fruit, lots of coffee and a john lewis proscuitto baguette. later it will be snacky things (smoked fish, tomatoes, hummus) and fizzy wine. oh and i have done a 50min run.

ArcticRoll · 19/03/2010 16:40

Themasterandmargaritas-I feel your pain-I'm a 34a and have flashback to similar humiliating experience at M&S.
Think there should be equivalent of Bravisissimo for the flat chested!

cyb · 19/03/2010 16:44

fishie I don't see the point of fat monitoring scales. I think its just something else to get obsessed/depressed about

largeginandtonic · 19/03/2010 16:47

Fishie your day sounds fun. I love a JL lunch

A 50min run too. Hmmm. I think i need to up the exercise. Or at least start doing some

My wedding weight was 9st 6lb i think. Lord that seems impossible right now. Was only 4 years ago.

I forgot the corn tins [muppet]

Cyb boast away. No one has said anything to me yet >

BariatricObama · 19/03/2010 17:03

hi cyb i can't get away with any extra weight due to having a 'boyish' figure. no waist means barrel rather than 'curves'

cocolepew · 19/03/2010 17:05

Wedding weight 9st 2lbs, this was the heaviest I ever was up to that point. I was always very slim, but have a big arse.

Ahem, scales been bought and stood on. I'm 5'5 and weight 11st 1lb But in Novmber I was 12st 4lb so a bit better now.
Will report back next fiday.

BariatricObama · 19/03/2010 17:15

coco 11 1 is a better place that 12 4! well done.

[whoops and claps in the style of an american]
