They fill you up really nicely. I have no knowledge of ready made but can recommend Holland & Barrett Body Fortress in Vanilla.

I mix a scoop of powder with a fresh (decaff) liar ok caffeinated coffee and a splash of cream or coconut oil. Then blitz with a stick blender, it's like a vanilla latte.

Other people mix with soya milk or lactofree but am not a milk lover. I have really missed not having it while i've been back committing carbicide.

I wish I had the builders in. I have never been slimmer than when my kitchen was demolished.

I feel weird today. Fuzzy headed. Bought a nice top and cardi in WALLIS though so not all bad. Cardi=SMALL!!!!

Ate to much while on weekend away.

Hoping swimming and sauna have melted it all off though
