Hello all
Whoever it was above who said "moderation" is absolutely right. It was someone's birthday at work today and there were some really nice looking cakes in the staffroom. But I didn't have one, it was hard, but I really thought about what they would taste like and if it was really really worth it, and would I be able to stop at one and didn't have one.

I'm also (at home) having a coffee if I fancy a scoff and seeing if I still fancy the food afterwards ( I know it should be water, but that doesn't seem to work as well) - might need some decaff coffee though!

well done all those who've posted today, keep it up!

Morning

Sorry I haven't been around much last few days, justnot been into it. Not that I've gone off the rails, still been being really good but just getting on with it really.

My little sister (15) stayed here last night and wanted t-a pizza, so I ordered 2 huge cheese pizzas and fried chips ... and put myself 200g of low fat oven chips and a 3.5 point ww pizza! with salad.

I had really, honestly planned to do LOADS of excercise this week but its just not happening.

Monday I was totally knackered, had WW to go to, did some shopping, yesterday just flew by and today I'm really tired again. But better make an effort.

Making more 0 point bns & peper soup so that will be lunch for a few days, cereal for brekkie as always and got loads of veg in so need to get using that really, plain cod tonight i think with a jacket spud.

Someone at WWs told me to oven bake a spud after spraying it with frylight and it goes yummy nad crispy, so will try that i think.

We've been away for the past couple of days and I have gone off the rails a little eating wise, but today I just don't feel very hungry so hopefully the damage will be limited!

More self restraint needed, just baked scones with DD (for her) just to try and entertain her as has been snowing here all morning & didn't dare go out to toddlers in it! I must not give in to the yummy smell! In fact the smell actually sort of fulfils the craving IYKWIM!!

Will do dvd later while DD is napping, unless DH comes home early!

I was going to do some exercise today but I just don't want to at all. I think it is because it is that time of the month. All I want to do is veg out on the sofa.

Hi guys!

Ooh, I'm in pain.... I went for a trial session on the Power Plates yesterday and I can barely walk today! However, it's obviously done me a lot of good and it was only 20 mins in my lunch hour so I am seriously considering booking a course (have to get that one past DH!).

I made some low-carb brownies last night and they are lush - at 1.5g carbs a brownie they're not too evil, but they are VERY moreish, so I have brought them into work (one of the blokes there is LC-ing too) to avoid scoffing the lot!

Taking DD to swimming tonight and a rehearsal afterwards, so probably will have a big lunch when I get home (if I ever get out of work!)... not sure what, though!

Well done Sequins on resisting the cakes!

Eating another carrot presently o how i want to eat crap! Hi everyone hope you are n better moods then of today... Made pizzas wit my boys and very much wanted to help them eat em, was going to go for a walk but kept putting it off doing any of the million things that needed doing but now da weather has changed so got my excuse... really gotta make myself move more! gona blame da hormones and try harder tomorrow...

Hi all, well done dis and bebe at the restraint! I don't know how you manage!

I've been really good this week, but today I'm really struggling! I have been at home all day and although I've cleaned the house top to bottom, I've now sat down with a raging desire for one of the boys Penguins! I've made meatballs and tomato sauce from scratch to keep me occupied, (0syns) and drank so much water!!!! Might have a Muller Light (0 syns), just doesn't cut the mustard does it!

Tomorrow will be harder as I don't have anything planned as have both boys at home all day.

I'm off to the Imax Birmingham tonight to see Avatar 3D! I can't wait! I'll have to see how many Syns is in popcorn

Hi all. Sorry not been on much, life has taken over! Busy few days. Now DH has come down with tonsillitis and I have the start of it too, so haven't been out cycling or running as am feeling absolutely rotten.

However, did get out for cycle last Fri and it felt really good. I will get out for a walk/run one of these days! Have been fairly good on food front, but weight loss stagnated, no exercise I guess.

I have put my favourite pairs of cords right at front of wardrobe to encourage me...

I'm doing ok here, just. I was very disappointed on monday, I think more because this is the last few days of my pill so I know on monday coming i'll have the AF bloating business so doubt i'll lose then either still we'll see! You never know the week after I may lose a stone

Evening all,

I successfully rejected my cravings the other day, but it was difficult! I don't know how anyone else feels when thy have their period but I always want to eat carbohydrates and lots of them.

But I didn't, so that was good

I was really pleased,and this will sound silly, but when I weighed myself today, I had gone down over the threshold of being obese into overweight. It was only by a pound, but that meant a lot to me, and good incentive. I also know that when I go down into the next stone as it were that is always a boost.

kayzr - best thing ever for sore throats is this spray you can get in a green bottle. Can't remember its name but chemists will sell it - amazing stuff!

Had a fab 2 days then yesterday had a dairy milk and some choc cookies BUT I had a preg scare and was fraking out so was medicinal. Got a BFN yesterday. And periods come on today (Thank FUCK - am just about to start a new job etc would have been vvvv bad timing) so am back to behaving now.

Have been quite good today so far, but if she doesn't nap I may give in to something I shouldn't, I'm so tired!
