Thanks for the link Blondes, I ended up having about 1/2 a boiled rice and 3/4 of a mixed veg curry and about 5 chips. I pulled myself away and filled up with a large orange and small banana, we have loads of chips left over, dh will have them for his lunch tomorrow.

I would have been better with mushroom chow mein!

I enjoyed Body Combat, but I haven't exercised properly for a while - I would like to get a bit fitter before doing the class.

Dis - just an idea - you could weigh yourself on your ww scales at the same time at lunchtime in the same clothes as last week and use that figure as your weight loss for our thread.

bebejones Great resistance on the bacon sarnie and muffins!! All the best to you for Monday. Hope your pulled muscle eases, a hot bath will help, hopefully.

Poohs home hows all this eve? Bebe hope ur feelin a bit better i find deep heat or a hot water bottle really helps? its so easy to get hurt tho isnt it! i hurt my arm durin da wk & its only bn really givin me trouble when im hovering but this morn i was holdin ds2 up to da sink to wash his sticky ikle hands & it felt like a bone slipped out of place! i yelped out & managed to swap him to the other arm t.g but my arm was ok again a few min later jus muscle pain again... Very odd... Anyways tangent over... Hope its better soon uh & well done on resisting all that temptation! i had my 1st real big test today & im feelin gr8 cause i didnt give in either but gosh it was tough! Tis da smell eat gets ya isnt it...

Morning!
Ow Bebejones - hope the muscle pull eases, that sounds like agony.

Am getting DH to give my lovely bike the once over, so I will be back on it tomorrow. I usually go on my bike to work, it takes about 15 mins each way, and I love sailing past the queues of traffic, plus we have no parking on site so it gets v expensive. All the snow and ice put me off, but we are good to go now.

I am really pleased with myself this week, but I am now back to the weight I was last summer, so I expect I've done the easy first part of weight loss, and from here on it will be more of a grind. I tentatively asked DH to take me to the gym, but I am afraid I will make a total numpty of myself. I know I would need to have an induction, but I feel embarrassed at the thought of it. DH says I am a sillyarse, which is undoubtably true!

Morning piste good on ya gettin da bike out, i wudnt b able to get from here to the top of my road nout to do wit da weather jus my wobbly legs! someday... Bebe goodluck tomorrow Dis's well done on da jeans, i pulled out a prepreg pants from hiding after reading that & it fit! Very happy wit dat GT curry...yum ww is fab da way ya can still hav all the lovely tasty things ya like, jus trackin them. i really liked it when i did it jus cant afford it right now... Heard about a lady who bought da books on ebay & was doing it herself, might look n2 that myself... Having a very lazy morning ds2 had a bad night, all his teeth r popping out at once so not fun so he's asleep now on my arm & ds1 & i are watchin toons gona be chasing my tail all day to make up for it... but dh is back to his detox after his blow out wit pizza ystday (which he had bought 2 large pizzas 1 for each of us & da boys to share! i felt bad cause i know he had a tough wk & was tryin to do something nice but i wudnt even take a bite even tho i wanted to... but he felt doublely guilty... Tempting me & hurtin himself at da same time...) anyways only hav to do veg for our dinner & some roast chicken for da boys, so not a hard days cooking ahead... but do hav to tidy this mess... goin grocery shoppin later which sadly is the is the highlight of my wk... uh ds2 jus woke... he's cross... damn teeth... Need food, hav a good day every1

Has anyone else tried the my big fat diet skinny curry? I cooked it last night and it was not nice! It smelt lovely but it was very runny, I wonder if I did something wrong? I also had to use brown rice which maybe I didn't cook enough, but still I don't think i'll be trying it again!! Dh ate it but I didn't. I ended up having pizza oh well, apart from a cookie when I went out shopping I have stuck to the diet all week so fingers cross it'll be fine.

I naughtily weighed myself this morning and I seem to have lost 5lb! But I'm sure it will be back tomorrow of the offical weigh in.

Hoping for a good result this week. I've done Body Pump and Combat this morning. Also did Pump yesterday.

Had fruit and yogurt for breakfast.
Mushroom omelette and jacket spud for lunch.
Will have ryvita with cottage cheese and maybe sardine for tea....

Weigh in tomorrow so cereal/fruit for breakfast and soup for lunch.

Im so fed up

I know I shouldn't weigh myself, but Wednesday I was showing a 3lb loss and now im back to 13.3 again/

surely an 8 point naan bread couldn't do that?!?

All week Ive been so good again and I feel like Ive fucked up by eating that naan!

Am totally, totally, totally dreading weigh in tomorrow.

I will cry!

Dis - remember your cycle can make thing so odd, much easier for men i find, and this is from someone who put on 2lbs last week!

still not being great with the food, tho not too bad, but am exercising. did body pump ystdy, body attack today - nearly died, and going to salsa tonite...if i can get my legs to move will try to get to gym most days next week, we'll see tho...

dis ((HUG)) i know it is hard but dont weigh yourself more than once a week- you gain and lose throughout the week - so you end up upsetting yourself - sure you have lost xx

sure you havent put weight on - think of all the good things you have eaten, and then compare it to your nam bread

kay - we decided to jump ship and come here - sure you have lost weight

mabs - know what you mean - my arms are still hurting from thur/fri and sat - as i said i couldnt manage to undo my bra last night as couldnt get my arms round the back of my back and had to get mr blondes to undo it

Dis - don't get disheartened, I'm sure you haven't gained, it's a different day/time so try not to stress about it!

Very impressed with all those doing so much exercise, I am sure I would lose more if I did more exercise. My ribs are still really sore. Feeling a bit rubbish about not exercising much, had so many good intentions this week. Must try harder!

B Porridge with honey & raspberries
L Cuppa Soup, satsuma & 2 nairns oatcakes
D Chicken (lean strips of chicken breast cooked on George) with loads of veg & 5 roasted baby new potatos (very small)

Might do some Wii boxing or challenge DH to some tennis once DD is in bed, don't want to make my ribs too sore!

i have pointed and weighed my roast

pork 3p,165g roast pots 2.5p, 2 yorkies 2p, carrots,brocolli+green beans 0p, and made gravey with oxo cube so 0p, but i did make proper gravey for dh and my parents

i didnt have apple pie was 7p but did have some low fat custard 2.5p so total was 10p - well chuffed

i didnt have breakie as thought i would save 3 points there, but i didnt need to duh - so having a chicken kief for tea as have spare points

not sure if will pop on again tonight,so good luck everyone for tomoorows weigh in xxxx

Oh, and DH in the guise of 'cooking' for us has said he's going to order in chinese. WTF???

I did some exercise today!!! It is a mile and a half to Sainsburys, I half walked/jogged there then walked back with some shopping. It's a start.

I resisted mum's left over roses chocolates today so at least that's something....

Well mines going to look very odd - I had put down 13st 7, but I am actually 12st7. I weighted myself, saw the 13 and my brain decided thats what it was, it wasn't a typo. So its quite nice to have lost a stone without trying But have actually lost 1lb which will do! haha
