Ooooh the postman has just bought my new WW stuff. I treated myself to the deluxe pack. It has a diary to write down all my points, the new shop and eat books, a tap measure and a points calculator.

Also got some of the WW butterscotch sweets. Yummy.

Blondeshavemorefun · 15/02/2010 09:37

laughalot · 15/02/2010 10:03

1lb for me this week and I must admit I did get a bit upset about it however I should be pleased its not a 1lb on. Im coming up to my af soon so I suppose my hormones are playing me up lol. My dh did lose 5lb this week . Could someone update me please.

Everyone seems to be doing really well a girl who my dh works with has lost 3 stone since aug last year she was around a size 16 ish and just cut out the crap and reduced her wine intake as she had a few glasses every night. She started to exercise more at home and if she fancies a blow out every now and then she does and just gets back on it the next day. Makes me feel like we are going in the right direction, she is now a size 10/12.

GettinTrimmer · 15/02/2010 10:08

Mr Trimmer is grateful for anything these days

Eddas well done on staying the same, that is good.

Kayz Enjoy your new ww pack - a tape measure is good, I took a photo of myself on my phone beginning of Feb and logged my measurements, and I will do that once a month.

Blondes I'm veggie (well, the odd bit of fish) that goats cheese tart part sounds superb. Glad you enjoyed.

Kayzr · 15/02/2010 10:29

I have just been and measured myself.

I have lost 1cm from my upper arm, 7cm from my hips, 3cm from my waist and 5cm from my thigh.

I am quite impressed actually.

arcticwind · 15/02/2010 11:49

Please do not trim me - I have not posted because i have not weighed myself as scared I will have put on - 3 days of Valentine celebration and a twisted foot so could not exercise But back on the wagon now and will weigh in on Thursday.

Really well done to everyone on losses / staying the same.

GettinTrimmer · 15/02/2010 12:33

Kayzr Great results on the measuring

arctic We won't trim you! Hope your foot is OK now.

Apologies if I've accidently trimmed anyone, but just add yourselves on again.

Blondes Just a quick question for when you're on again - Claire's DVD - is her Warm-Up and Fat Attack Aerbics before the Combat without t-shirts 30 minutes? I keep forgetting to time it.

Disenchanted3 · 15/02/2010 15:19

Made some BNS () and onion soup, missed the instructions though so made it up! It's really nice though. Put a tiny bit of nutmeg & some paprika in it & it's lovely and warming! Very pleased with that, got it all stashed in the freezer!

Mum2Oli & Dis - 1lb on isn't that bad! It'll be gone next week!

DrZeus · 16/02/2010 01:14

Put on 1.5lb this week. Lost 1lb last week. Gained 1.5lb the week before. Getting very, very fed up. Will try going green this week. Extra easy isn't doing it for me. Got back from WI and ate chocolate (don't even like it!) :-(

I've printed out the sample menu for green off the SW website and will stick to it rigidly this week. I don't really know why I've gained either - don't drink, not really synned either. Total loss is 4lb in 6 weeks - pathetic.

Oh well, next week is a new start.

Good luck to all.

Blondeshavemorefun · 16/02/2010 10:16

laughalot well done on loss

kayzr well done on losing cm's - i measures at 4weeks and will again at end of month - think i lost 7cms in jan

artic sorry to hear about your foot, hope heals soon

trimmer lol@what mr t can get

warmup 11.30mins,aeorbics 12.30 mins,bodycombat 18mins,toning 10.30 and cool down 10mins

dis sorry about the gain, but dont dispair eat lots of veg and sure you will be back on losing

mumtooli again sorry for gain - bloody st valentines

bebe glad you likes my bns o point soup, there is no real receipe, just bung in bns, and any other opoint veg ie onion, carrots, celery and cook in stock then wizz up

dr zeus dont give up hope, follow the menu to the tee and see what happens, i find writing down what i eat (and include everything) makes me relises how a fishfinger here, and a slice of choccy cake there all adds up

i had a lovely time with my friend yesterday, dont think i ate too badley, had pork chop, pasta and salad for lunch and then went to harvesters and had scampi and lot of salad from salad cart - i did work out points, and think i was 2 over

I am going to the gym at lunchtime and hopefully will burn off yesterdays points, before i go out tomorrow for lunch

its hard work being a lady wont lunchs

Blondeshavemorefun · 16/02/2010 10:44

forgot to say, who is having pancakes today? smile]

i am

have got the cheats batter, that i add water+shake in a bottle - it makes 6 and works out 1.5p per pancake

i have lemon juice and canderall sugar so o points for topping - so techinally i could have 3 for 4.5p for lunch

bebejones · 16/02/2010 10:59

Blondes I bought cheats batter too, just to try and make it a bit quicker at tea time (it's always a rush to get DD into bath & bed)

So stir fry & pancakes for dinner! YUM!

Blondeshavemorefun · 16/02/2010 11:37

BEBE betty is a godsend

off to the gym in a bit, then having pancakes for lunch

i am having chicken cut in chunks and roasted in oven with chunks of bns, carrots, peppers, cougettes, onions and then tin of toms added with tons of garlic+herbs for tea = 2.5p

thus saving a few points from yesterdays over eat and tomorrows over eat to come

GettinTrimmer · 16/02/2010 11:41

Glad you reminded me it's pancake day today!

I don't have any eggs though.

I like Harvester as well Blondes, we go early and get 1/3 off.

DrZeus I think 4lb is doing OK, it's more difficult when you don't have so much to lose, good luck.

Bebe that soup sounds yummy.

We are stuck in the house today waiting for the washing machine engineer to come, but I've just done Claire's warm up and the fat attack aerobics section twice.

Also my ds is poorly with a cold so he is watching telly on my bed. DD is just making a mess of the place, but at least she's happy!

Blondeshavemorefun · 16/02/2010 11:51

well done for doing claire twice, though i would have done body combat twice, so i get to see semi naked men

0 point bns+onion soup is yummy

Kayzr · 16/02/2010 12:48

I can't wait for pancakes later. I think I might have 3 depending on how many the batter makes.

I saved some points yesterday so I could have lemon and sugar on my pancakes.

bebejones · 16/02/2010 13:01

I was v good yesterday so that I could have a tiny bit of sugar too!

Kayzr - loved your names on the fantasy names thread! I have so many I love but DH likes boring less unique names! DD's name was a big compromise! Gonna have to work on him for subsequent DC names!

Trimmer - Hope ur DS feels better soon!

Bought some more tupperware so am going to make some Tomato, RPepper & Basil soup for the freezer!

Kayzr · 16/02/2010 13:06

Bebe, I have a list in my diary of girls names that I love. Penelope is my current favourite. I love ancient Greek and roman names.

I have got to have a girl next as I have no boys names at all. I've used them all on the boys I have.

laughalot · 16/02/2010 14:22

kayzar your boys are lovely little cuties

bebejones · 16/02/2010 14:23

Kayzr - I have a little list in my bedside drawer of names have to keep sneakily adding them as it is the 'approved' list from DH! Am hoping if I sneak them on there he'll forget & I can convince him he agreed to them! Tabitha is my current favourite girls name. I love it so much I really hope we do have another girl (when we actually start TTC!) I love ancient Greek names too, but I am biased as mine is Greek & so is DD's! Actually you just reminded me that I think Roman is a great name for a boy!

Anyway waaaaaaaaaaaay off thread topic there!

So tempted to cook pancakes now! Can tell AF is due I just want food ALL the time!

laughalot · 16/02/2010 14:27

bebe tabitha is a lovely name, my af is due soon and iv not been very good today 2 rice krispie cakes and half a pack of quavers best leave pancakes
