TRIMMER! I have a new addiction thanks to you!! I love foodfocus its brill iv been logging and creating meals all eve thanks Blondes hope ya have a lovely curry and best of luck tomorrow, im sure you'v clared off all da booze by now am torn between gettin da clare dvd or a davina one... Never had or done a workout dvd before... Started skipping but keep banging myself n da head or arse and yelping (which my boys think is some sort of skit im putting on for them and keep telling me "more more! no mama dont do it properly... Hit yourself its very funny!" ) skinl hope everything goes well wit dh and ya have a lovely break in the sun and jodie u r so gona burn shed loads of cals hill walkin! YAH i lost 2 LBS !!!

amazed as went for a curry last night, and i stuffed myself, wasnt good at all - ate a chicken starter, then lamb passander, rice, bombay pots and nam bread

was SCRUMMY

well done jodie,mabs great that you stayed the same and your poor boy, hope op goes well in a few months - he is def too little to have to deal with that xx

have been doing ww for 4weeks now, so measure myself and have lost 8cms off waist, hips, thigh and arm

Poohbearsmum - Glad you like food focus. I've just got to log on and do mine for today - I think I need until July to lose the weight the way I'm going.

MABS - Well done for staying the same - definitely agree exercise really helps.

I've just been for my half run/half walk, the last time I exercised this week was Monday but I'm planning on going spinning (it's called RPM these days) tomorrow and the gym on Sunday, so hope it will help with the scales on Monday. Fingers crossed!!

Sorry i've not been on much this week. It's been a bit of a nightmare with work but it's all ove now, horrah!!

Sorry I haven't caught up

I have been good still and really really hope the scales show it on mon or they may get replaced by more friendly ones I am going to start the exercising next week so i'm hoping that should nudge things in the right direction. I think I might only manage twice a week but that's better than nothing.

Right been on this computer more than humanly possible this week(all work related) so i'm off to find RL!

Trimmer - I am now obsessed with foodfocus! What a fab site, have been struggling tring to work out calories of meals/portions so it's so helpful for me there!

Have had a good day food wise, no exercise as have been busy running errands for DH who lost his wallet and keys! Turns out DD had 'posted' them under the sofa!

D Homemade Turkey meatballs in tomatos with pasta & banana custard muller light with a chopped banana...yum!

Also drank more water today!

Hoping for a decent 2lbs(+) loss Monday, just need to be good this weekend, and do some exercise, even if it's only Wii Tennis or something!

Evening all gosh iv had a stressful day! Well my poor darling mil who has bad health had a fall & got badly hurt &is n hosp awaitin an op we got da call 1st thing & dh wnt straight to da airport got a flight to madrid has to stay over tonight then onto north africa tomoro we'v never bn to spain b4 so he is presently blindly searchn for a hotel which wont bankrupt us... Anyways dats bn my stress... But i wnt grocery shopn cause we'd usually go at da wkend anyways i finally got my w.o dvd! but they didnt have either clare or davina so i got rosemary conley & its fab! i did most of it but wasnt able to do some of the intensive ab bit but used my ab crunch thing nstead but the fat burning aerobic part & the leg/thigh part r brill i cant believe i actually enjoyed it! never wud hav believed id ever hav said such a thing 2mnths ago! & my hair was soaked like really soppin wet wit sweat (sorry if tmi!) but i know it was workin Blondes & Jodie really well done on yer losses! and Mabs ur doing so so bril to stay the same when ur going thru such an awful time Eddas welcome back! glad the stressful wk is over for ya any idea's wat type of exercise ul start doin nxt wk? Bebe isnt foodfocus gr8! I think it'l really help me for the same reasons as u (big thanks again Trimmer ) id def reccommened it for any1 not already on a tracker program & its free

Glad ur having a relax eddas im watching 'Angie' tis very good id b a comedy girl too and anything mushy Algeria Trimmer i love it there and would love to be going too, under happier circumstances of course... My dh got a grand hotel for a good rate and said the little bit of the city he has seen seemed lovely, he should be with his mother by tea time tomorrow please god. I jus get stressed wit things like this i like to plan and over think everythin iykwim anyways iv been doing really well with my food and exercising more then iv ever done before in my life altho still only a tiny bit of actual exercise compared to some of you guys! So i really hope monday is kind...

ive been to the gym and out for mil birthday tonight for a chinese -will try and eat healthily!!

l salomn 3.5 and tons of roasted peppers 0= 3.5

leaving lots of points for dinner tonight

Lordy - have just entered the whole family ( including me ) into the London mile for Sports Relief, now I'm for it!!

DS and I are doing the one mile, DD plus mate and DH doing three miles coz they are show offs.

I will have more incentive than ever now!! And I will have to get out there under the cover of darkness to practice

I was browsing in Sainsbury's at Anna Richardson's book (Big Fat Diet Show). She recommends cutting out wheat, dairy and 1200 calories for 2 weeks. I'm half considering getting the book when I can pick it up very cheaply as she has some good recipes in it.

I have written down somewhere 10 tips for losing weight that I copied down from a really good BBC programme, they were scientifically tested apparently - when I find them I'll post them in case they're any help to us.

I have had another good day & am feeling very virtuous! smug

Did 30mins boxing on Wii then played tennis on Wii with DH for another 30mins! My arms were feeling like lead after that!

Have made a summmer fruit jelly terrine with sugar free jelly, food focus works it out at 44kcals a serving so dead chuffed with that! (Jelly is only 10Kcals a serving!) Going to have a slice of that in a minute with some fat free greek yoghurt!

b fruit & youghurt
l pitta, red peppers, cucumber & houmous
s fresh pineapple
d tomato & red pepper soup - and the jelly!

yay i have lost another 2lb this week, managed 1lb last week!

Whats more my BMI has dropped 8 points and i am no longer in the Obese catergorie but just in the overweight one! .

piste well done for entering the mile race, happy running - and remember doesnt matter if you run, walk, crawl it,as long as you finish!!

trimmer i dolike anna r, but shes not fat and doesnt need to lose weight, and if you starve your body to 1200 cals, you will lose weight,ut you will put it back on again as soon as you eat properly again - tho the recipes that the chef did in her programme looked good

BEBE hope you enjoyed your jelly thing - and fab exercising

mabs and eddas and dis hope you are ok, as well as anyone i have left off

have to say my chinese was a waste of points, choose noodles (1/2 for 4p) and chur sui pork (4) so 8p in all - the noodles were tastless and the char sui pork, fatty and watery i ate it as obv didnt have a choice, mr blondes kindly said i could have/share his duck pancakes but at 7.5p each, i refused

got home about 11pm starving and pissed off and promtley ate crisps and chocolate which put me over my points

so just about to do clare agan - see you in about an hour

after a slight delay (friend popping in for a cuppa and i refused her choccy biscuits she brought)

i have done claire richards dvd, and now i can justify last nights bad behaviour and hopefully todays roast dinner from pub

Bebe - I've just seen the bit on foodfocus that works out calories in recipes, good news about your jelly recipe.

Blondes - I see what you mean about the 1200 calories, on foodfocus I've been on about 1500/1600 since wednesday and with exercise I couldn't go below that. I like Anna's book though, loads of good soup recipes, but her 2 week plan is strict.

It's dd's 5th birthday today, she had a party at a local soft play area. I've just had a bit of chocolate tart from yesterday's birthday tea with my mum and dad and a very small slither of her chocolate cake.

I also went to see my grandmother yesterday, amazingly, she is 108.

Off to take my lazy ass for a run later to hopefully limit the damage

I've really got my fingers crossed for tomorrow, good luck all.

am nervous about tomorrow as always.

am doing a little experiment next 2 weeks.

have bought 'alli' 2 week supply so will take that and see if it makes any difference, it was half price in lloyds pharmacy.
