Oooh, cod, how romantic! I want to know what you ate too please. And where did you go, hmm? Oh dear Enid, Nigel is almost NEVER low fat is he? Oh well, enjoy it and start again tomorrow (says she, riding high on her success!)

We had spiced smashed chickpeas for supper on 2 pittas each, with red and yellow peppers (with the skin grilled off) on top. Very nice, it's a Jamie recipe but I used 2 tsp of olive oil instead of whatever amount he says. Also I've been for a 2 mile walk today and walked ds to school and back.

HeyEnidYouveLostWeight · 27/01/2005 08:55

saw the end of that show, why on earth do I worry about what i eat when there are people like that around...self-destruction is what comes to mind...

weightwatchingwaterwitch · 27/01/2005 09:14

Fio, it was a mother and daughter who ate NOTHING but crap! All processed, mostly fried, plus they drank a lot, pints and pints a week. When they showed a table full of what they ate in a week it was truly vile. further details here!

OP posts:
iota · 27/01/2005 09:16

hello all
we have been ill in the clary household so nobody's eating much (nothing tastes of anything).
Have been cooking for a farewell party on Friday night, making onion tartlets, chicken liver pate and choc truffles. Mmmm all very low-cal! But have resisted even licking my fingers when making the truffles so lots of brownie points there.
so far today; hot cross bun, eaten on the run for th ebus (literally); two apples, one orange this am at work.
