well im dissapointed with myself this weekend...had lost 3lb by friday, and although have not been 'baaaad', eat more than i would have liked...

lunch-ham and thinley sliced cheese in two slices of toast(scared with a slither of low fat hellmans), bag of crisps
tea - dry fried steak, mushrooms and onions with oven chips and slice of bread and butter(my biggest downfall at minute?)

today

lunch - all day breakfast baguette
tea - jacket pot, slither of dairy lea and chicken fillet
1 hour at swimming baths, teaching dd, then 10 minutes tonight on new excersize bike
can my sins be absolved??
is this really a bad, bad day????
