well has anyone had a muller light blomonge(sp)????

marj · 25/01/2005 21:05

How do you make a muller light blancmange?

Demented · 25/01/2005 22:29

Love the Lemon Cheesecake one and the toffee one. However took a tip from this month's SW magazine, a girl said she froze them and took them to the cinema as an ice cream substitute, I tried this and thought it was disgusting. The texture and the crystals in it were bleurrrgh, froze the toffee one, maybe it was just the wrong flavour.

make up a sugar free lemon and lime jelly(only use 2 thirds the specified amount of water), allow to cool and add to a lemon(as an example)muller light, mix/blend together and pour in diet lemon tango(an example) -the last third of liquid required...then allow to set. if its all blended its smoother and tastes delish!, you can use different jellies, mullers and diet pop to make different tastes, but they are gorgeous and very sweet without being too naughty

Wahoo - am back on the straight and narrow again!! Was as good as gold yesterday then went shopping at night to stock up on everything that I will need for the week (no excuses now about there being nothing to eat that is permitted on my diet...). Have had a small bowl of fruit & fibre (had forgotten how yummy it is), a piece of fruit and a yoghurt for breakfast. Am pleasantly surprised at how much I am enjoying this diet! However..... will be attending the Stirling meet-up this afternoon where there is a lot of talk about cakes....

I had my second weigh-in and I have lost another pound. Hurrah! Just like the tortoise, slow and steady wins the race.

I've been watching Celebrity Fit Club and Harvey sets them weight loss goals each week, so I have set myself a 2lb target for next week. I hope I make it. I may have turned into a clementine by then because they're on offer in Sainsburys and I keep snacking on them. Now I need some realistic exercise targets, but that's difficult with the DTs. Once the weather gets a little warmer I'll be doing evening walks so that should help. Will have to rely on salsa for my exercise for now.

I'm off to bed now. Had a dreadful night with DT1 and DD2. So have put DTs down and am off myself.

Well done Mars!!

coppertop · 26/01/2005 12:18

I've been good today but thanks to ds2 I'm in agony. I woke up this morning and discovered I was unable to move. The reason? Ds2 had climbed onto our bed in the night and had fallen asleep on my head!! Dh had to lift him off me. My neck and back are now very sore and I can't move far. Oh well. I suppose it makes it harder for me to get to the kitchen.

Just re-read that and realise I probably sound completely deranged.

MunchedTooManyMarsLady · 26/01/2005 12:20

ouch!!!

miam · 26/01/2005 17:38

Ooh, ct - are you ok now? Poor you. I have been very good today - and only had a coffee at the meetup too! Off to salsa tonight again. I ordered a subscription of the Rosemary Conley magazine online 2 days ago, and it arrived this morning - super speedy service!! It looks good, hopefully I will get lots of good tips and inspiration (well I might do if I actually get a chance to sit down and read it...). Did quickly have a look at the Slimmer Award stories, and became a little emotional reading how the winners won about 10st each!!

My neck still aches but I think the worst of the pain has gone. As predicted I haven't been at the fridge so I suppose there's a bright side. Dh got a faceful of ds2's feet so I think I might have got off lightly there.

Weighing-in day is tomorrow for me.
