Bumped up to 0.5 as of yesterday. The difference is noticeable. Had a small shakshuka for lunch and then was served a normal portion of salmon, peas and a handful of sweet potato fries and I got less than halfway I. Before feeling stuffed.
Although I had similar symptoms at 0.25 it feels much "more" on 0.5. Looking back I think the 10lb coming off quite so quick was less to do with the meds and was likely because I wasn't snacking so much through the day (I had, admittedly, been snacking down 3 bags of crisps, multiple biscuits with tea, fizzy drink, wine at the weekends etc).
Had lost 4lb since last weigh in so the loss had plateaued, but I've not weighed in a week. Going to jump on the scales this morning and log my weight in the app.
