Had a rubbish week :(
weighed in 2lbs heavier than the week before.
My first week on 0.5 was so bad, the nausea was unbearable and had really upset tummy for 4/5 days of the week. Ironically the only thing that helped was eating - carbs mostly!!! Had very little appetite suppressant and felt so rough, like I was hungover for days.
I reigned it on around day 6 of the week and have now taken my 2nd dose of 0.5. Feeling so much better this time around, no nausea thankfully. Back to tracking calories, I have 4lbs to get into new stone bracket and I want 3-4 by March. Perhaps a bit ambitious but going to up my water and protein and lower my carbs and try my best.
It’s SO demoralising to put on weight when you’re literally putting your body through side effects and discomfort to lose it. I’m also training for a fairly strenuous hike in the summer, so I’m doing miles and miles of running and walking each week - gaining two lbs when I’m burning thousands of cals training is just another kick in the teeth tbh!!!
