I'm just curious what others would think my likely weight is from this picture. I'm 5ft 2 for reference.

Just a conversation I had with my mum today who was shocked when I told her my weight (current 16st 2). I just wondered if people who didn't know me would have said similar.

I had guessed 16 stone tbh

Wow you look amazing!! Well done! Xx

Well bloody done OP, so proud of you. Saxenda was miraculous for me, I lost 6 stone after two short stints. Can’t afford it any more and I still have a way to go but this has definitely inspired me to keep at it. You look amazing.

I've just read the whole thread again, I was on it in 2023 😂

You look fantastic OP, well done. How have you found Saxenda? Have you had any side effects? How long has it been from starting to now? I've started taking mounjaro about 5 weeks ago and have already lost a stone 🥳 another 2 stone to go.

No side effects at all. It's been miraculous for me quite honestly!
I started in May 2023. So coming up to 2 years. I've been on it continously. The first month I dropped a stone. 6 months in I had lost 3 stone. It started to slow down after that. 1 year in I had lost just over 4.5 stone. So the last 10 months has seen just over 2st loss. As I say, slow. But always in the right direction (Christmas and summer holiday excepted!).
I've put a pic of my graph. I bloody love a graph! It quite clearly shows that initial rapid loss and the slowing down of the curve!
The final few lb have definitely been the hardest! My body is telling me it's time to slow it down I think. I'm hoping to reverse diet at some point soon. I really desperately want to maintain this, so I know I need to work on my metabolism. Hopefully I've got all the tools in my bag to do it 🤞.

You carry it well, look a bit wide on hips and shoulders and I can see the weight on your thighs and arms, but with your flattish tum I would never have had your BMI in the 40s. My BMI started in the 40's and I looked massive from all angles. It is now low 30s and your photo still appears slimmer than me!

GeorgiesCat · 07/03/2025 21:52

13?

Inmydreams88 · 13/03/2025 11:13

Well done you look fantastic!

but all the people who said you looked 10 stone before can you see how crazy that was now 🤣

jellyfishperiwinkle · 13/03/2025 11:17

Well done, OP.
