Well done @Sunshinedreaming2022 - do you have a target weight in mind? I agree 1lb a week is a good target (and hopefully will lead to the weight staying off as well).
@ImSaxyAndIKnowIt - sorry to hear you had a bad day yesterday. I think we all know the feeling of that, and how bad you feel afterwards. Great news on the dress though - keep on going!
@ImSaxyAndIKnowIt and @Orangemoon77 - try not to let the disappointment on having a binge day or two get you down - you can’t change what’s already happened but you can control what you do going forward. I appreciate that sounds glib and irritatingly chipper but it’s something I have to keep telling myself, and I find that it does help my mindset (I’m still learning it myself).
My first full day (so only 0.6mg) yesterday was a bit weird as I was feeling hungry as normal but found it a lot easier to stop eating when I was full rather than continuing to eat everything on my plate (and sometimes seconds). I had a bit of nausea and a headache but I don't know how much of that was Saxenda and how much was me trying to cut down on the caffeine
