Back into the 165's, by a hairs breath. Comparing the 1st of September to today, it's 3.8 down, 5.8 since I restarted just under 6 weeks ago. So that's encouraging.
So glad your back is doing a bit better, I won't temp fate in case it hears me, I know how these things work😉
So, in the usual spirit of diet successes, I now have an outing to muck things up. Night out with friends tomorrow, probably be 171 again come Monday! Anyone doing anything nice?

I use the word So Soooo many times
That's great that the physio helped life. Defo more positive, getting over my cold has helped, I'm 99% better apart from the odd cough. I think I'll hold off the c25k and weights til Monday though

not that's brilliant! Slow & steady is def the way to go.
Glad physio has helped life
Sounds like you have a plan happier

I've been and done a Powerwave HIIT class this morning & am booked on to Booty Blast for the first time tonight! That'll be class number 5 this week & tabata booked for tomorrow. Sunday rest day! Weigh in this morning, down to 247 pounds so 17 down in 10 weeks. My first target is 2stone by my birthday so that is now 11 pounds in 6 weeks. I feel I'm in the zone at the moment but not going to go mad, we'll see. Feeling good which is the main thing.

Not2bObvious · 01/10/2021 11:56

That is brilliant north, and you're on fire with the classes. Are you enjoying them? Have to say I'm tempted to see how I feel tomorrow morning and possibly do a light'ish weight workout, but I'll see how the body feels in the morning.

North that is amazing well done great work! 👏👏👏
Not thank you l am afraid to say too much fingers crossed 🤗
Excellent work re back to the 165 👍🤗👏have a fantastic night out tomorrow 🤗
Have been ok ish just muddling really food wise but am feeling more upbeat re my being able to move now, it's such a relief to be able to do such a simple thing as walk a few steps without pain 😊😁🙏🤞👏👍

Not2bObvious · 02/10/2021 07:45

Up to 166.2 - up 1lb on last Saturdays low of 165.2, in slimming club world that would have been a bit disheartening but in averages world it's fine. My loss over the week is showing as .5 - chipping away.
Had a good day yesterday for a Friday, no booze, kept to 1800 cals so it's been a decent week. Key thing today is to get a decent food in throughout the day so I'm not too hungry later, as there will be wine. And wine on an empty stomach is a disaster waiting to happen. Have lots to do before I head out but for now, it's tea in bed time 😊

North you're doing brilliantly

I've signed up for this, it's an 8 week kick starter pt led calorie counting thing, I think she was previously with RH too, it's free can't hurt

Going to listen to this weeks Unislim class about how getting less than 7 hours sleep impacts your week loss, I definitely get less although I'm trying to improve on that.

Must weigh & get dressed for first HIIT class this week which is also first bit of exercise too

Mrsmadevans · 02/10/2021 22:31

Well done Not keeping track every week gives you a great insight into how you are progressing. Hope you enjoyed meeting your friends Smile
Happier great idea to join the 8 week kick starter , it sounds very promisong Smile

Mrsmadevans · 03/10/2021 18:13

ememem84 · 04/10/2021 10:58

And am also on period which doesn’t help the weight and bloating.

Mrsmadevans · 04/10/2021 18:18

Oh God l used to put on half a stone when l was on my period Em , it doesn't help when you have terrible cravings for food as well Hmm
I bet you haven't put much on at all really . Fingers crossed Smile
Fab do nuts! Grin
Not hope you are ok Smile
Been ok ish , could do better!
Have a good evening everyone Smile

lifelongfrugaleer · 04/10/2021 19:36

Looked at a new gym today think I’m going to sign up for the year

Happierwithouthim · 04/10/2021 19:47

Is it near the new house life?
201.5lbs last few days.

Alcohol sat night probably will show tomo Sad
HIIT class tonight, steak onions oven chips & pepper sauce for dinner, maybe some carrots too.

lifelongfrugaleer · 04/10/2021 19:50

No but it’s en route to the stables. It’s the other side of town 10-15 min drive which is the negative

Happierwithouthim · 04/10/2021 20:28

What's the positives?

lifelongfrugaleer · 04/10/2021 20:46

£20 pm, someone who knows about my prolapse and can work with it, free pt, lots of classes but the times might not work, can fit around stable but is a pain when not driving that way.
I need something to mix it up and kick start, then alternate is making sure i walk to the office more and do lunch time classes

Mrsmadevans · 04/10/2021 21:29

Life that sounds an excellent price 👏😁
Happier lovely dinner 😋

Happierwithouthim · 04/10/2021 22:16

Sounds really good life, when you're paying for it you'll make it your business to go there

ememem84 · 04/10/2021 22:43

Pea pasta for dinner.

Only got to 8000 steps. Just. Awful weather.
