Hi everyone
Just restarting healthy eating today as gone from 10.2 to 13.2 in lockdown and feel crap physically and emotionally.
I am 5'4 height.

I always thought I was 170cm but I am 167 🙄 This changed my BMI!

I am 167cm and 14st 10
I started at 15st
I’ve been going a month and it’s very slow but I am losing from my waist
Ideally I would be 11st but I have tried that before and it was quite hard
I count everything I eat

Yeah I should count everything. Was going to write down but been totting up in my head but easy to forget something

@Blueuggboots Thank you, I'm going to look that up. Life's been a bit full on here so I've been eating slim and save meals, which I like, with tuna, avocado and eggs. It's a bit Atkinsesque. I've lost quite a bit in a short period of time but it's really not sustainable forever. So I need to get together a group of tasty meals to keep me on track.

@quietsea At the moment I'm weighing myself everyday and recording the loss on MFP. I like seeing the graph....if its going down. 😉 I'm motivated because of my diabetes but in the past if I weighed myself and I'd lost weight, I had a treat to reward myself. If I'd put on weight, I had a treat to console myself. And if I'd stayed the same, I had a treat because, well, what did it matter. 🤷‍♀️. So yeah, I completely get you! Weekly is maybe better. 😂

12.13 today so going down.
Goal is 12 which I know is still very overweight for my height but I will review goal then. Going one stone at a time so doesn't feel overwhelming!

Staring weight 65.55kg on Monday
Currently 64.05kg
Goal weight 57kg which is what I was before dc3. I've got decent boobs now though Grin

I don't vague intermittent fasting by not eating after dinner. Healthy snack if any. 1500 calories a day. That's going out of the window tomorrow though as we are on a day trip involving chips, candy floss, rock and ice cream 🤣

No real weight goal I would honestly be happy a size 12/14. I look terribly gaunt when I'm thin as have really high cheek bones.
I'm currently on my hols (got a static caravan) so I'm sure may have put a cpl of lbs back on, want to "reset" on Tuesday. 🥰

I have lost nothing. At all. Sad I’m not sneakily getting snacks & my meals are sensible. I’m waiting for blood test results back from the doctor as I’ve been feeling seriously tired recently, I’m pinning my hopes on there being something there… I’m exhausted & it’s really hard to do anything except for sleep TBH.

I’m now at 15st 7lb, from 16-4 10 days in from committing to cutting out the crap, and eating healthier.
Feeling hungry a lot, get irritable now and then, but I only have 2 options, keep with it, or give in.
Still aiming for sub 15st, so have a way to go, and expect it to get harder as I go

I’ve been listening to some podcasts on UPFs (Ultra processed foods) interesting & a bit scary, it is quite addictive. Looking back, when I put on weight was when I wasn’t well & was unable to cook properly, so relied on processed foods a lot more. I was relatively slim as a kid, just normal not skinny.

I've been moaning for a year about how unfair it is that I "do so much exercise and eat healthy food" and that it must just be impossible to lose weight. I'm 13st 2, was 13st 5 consistently before and that's the first weight I've lost in a year. Now I'm determined to continue. I've cut out bread and am following the principles set out in Why We Eat (too much).. I'm 5'7, very muscular (if I do say so myself Grin) and I'm thoroughly fed up with my previous defeatist attitude! I got down to 12st 4 a few years ago & looked good. I can do it again. 12 stone would be great. I'm 5'7ish and size 14/16.. just want to be a comfortable 14!

TW. 12. 5 This is just to get me out of obese category and into fat (still extremely!) zone. Then will re-assess.

On holiday next week. Oh dear, clothes are tight enough as they are, too many scones and I'll be pinging all right....my buttons right off!
