Queenoftheashes · 08/05/2020 20:59

I’ve got an ice cream (low cal) and killing eve woo woo VICTORY IN EUROPE

HairyMaclary · 09/05/2020 09:12

Checking in so I’m in the right thread! Weighed myself today - form up since ThursdayShock There’s time before the next weigh in that counts to get it back down... back on it today.

OwlinaTree · 09/05/2020 13:45

Hi all. What a glorious day!

OwlinaTree · 09/05/2020 13:46

I'm on it, no boozing today

lovinglavidaloca · 09/05/2020 16:29

Any sore heads today?

Have barely eaten a thing today, just a couple of crackers this morning and homemade soup for lunch. Having pizza and garlic bread for dinner and should have some calories left for a treat too.

overwork · 09/05/2020 22:21

Well today is going well. I've just eaten a packet of chocolate hobnobs Blush

Queenoftheashes · 09/05/2020 22:25

Ohh yum!
I found out there was an ice cream parlour open so took my daily exercise walking there and back Confused was bloody nice and I covered 5k so cancelled out maybe?

OwlinaTree · 09/05/2020 22:32

Ice cream sounds good. I've been alright food wise, DH did a BBQ so ate ribs, but everything else has been pretty on plan. Did roasted butternut squash and coleslaw to go with the BBQ, plus had frittata for lunch and fruit for breakfast. Lush weather here today.

lovinglavidaloca · 09/05/2020 22:45

Finishing the day on 1242 here!

Fabulodosus · 10/05/2020 07:53

Sounds like some good days were had yesterday!

Keep it up today everyone Grin... there's a gale blowing here so I'm going out now for a jog instead of a bike, bit gutted but better than nothing!

diege · 10/05/2020 09:16

Morning everyone! Trying to keep on plan here too and not doing too badly. Keeping my calories just under the MFP limit, although I'm conscious that the actual foods I'm eating aren't always the healthiest. So, some Thai bites and a few biscuits rather than a proper meal...think this is where SW helped with 'syns' for the rubbish!
Going to have porridge for breakfast, frittata for lunch, and vegetable curry for tea I think - though will have to get some actual veg to go in it first....
Did a disastrous self tan yesterday 🤣 so at least I can cover up today with this blustery weather!

OwlinaTree · 10/05/2020 09:45

Hoping for an on plan day today. Have had a coffee and a glass of water so far. Planning omelette for breakfast at some point. Fajitas for tea with lettuce instead of wraps, looking forward to that. Will see about lunch, depends when I eat breakfast.

Not planning to do much today, might take the bikes out if it doesn't rain. Had a run yesterday, was hard work! Have ordered new trainers as my knee is a bit jippy. Hoping it will help.

ListenLinda · 10/05/2020 10:40

2lb off again for me. Don’t mind the slow and steady. Doing some LC/Keto so must research recipes and get armed with a shopping list before tackling Aldi later.

MrsSnitchnose · 10/05/2020 13:20

Afternoon everyone. Woke up with a horrible headache due to trying to kick the rather unfortunate pepsi max addiction I have picked up in lockdown.

Powered through with it to do my workout this morning, but God, I just want to sleep

Afternoon everyone. Going well so far. Yesterday was a bit of a write off food-wise. I snacked like pac-man Blush.

Today I’ve done 730 cals of exercise (according to Fitbit) and had 2 slices of toast with thinly spread peanut butter. Roast beef later and off the booze. I’ve also managed to stop myself making a cake this weekend (though I did eat SIX M&S orange chocolate tea cakes yesterday 🐷).

RaskolnikovsGarret · 10/05/2020 13:54

Treats are needed at this time. I had a KFC for lunch, but had two wings and 4 chips (normally I have 20 (yep) hot wings and two packs of large fries), so this was restrained for me. First real junk fast food since lockdown. Took 13 minutes from ordering. This could be very dangerous.

MrsSnitchnose · 10/05/2020 14:01

Sorry @RaskolnikovsGarret. I couldn't resist! 😂

Lucky you @RaskolnikovsGarret! We passed McDonalds today and I just can’t wait until it opens back up!

Banana for breakfast here and a roll with ham and lettuce for lunch. Having sausage and veg traybake for dinner tonight with lots of calories left for snacks.

Haven’t done any exercise yet and kids aren’t keen to go out because it’s a bit chilly here today. We really should go a walk though.

Weigh day for me tomorrow.

RaskolnikovsGarret · 10/05/2020 15:05

That’s funny, @MrsSnitchnose Smile. I did do some sit-ups before the KFC, so that will cancel it out I’m sure. Hmm

@Lovinglavidaloca - your traybake is making me feel very guilty!

My husband felt so deprived, he ordered two mega meal box things. He has been totally pigging out during lockdown with no exercise, whereas I’ve been depriving myself. Guess who has been putting on more weight though? 🙄

JonHammIsMyJamm · 10/05/2020 15:31

I don’t eat KFC (horrible food poisoning incident years ago put me off and I now have a Pavlovian aversion to it) but it sounds so tempting, @RaskolnikovsGarret.

My roast beef will be ready in an hour. I’m starting to get v hungry now.

RaskolnikovsGarret · 10/05/2020 15:57

I could handle some roast beef. My youngest daughter is a vegetarian, and the older one doesn’t eat red meat, so we never cook it. Haven’t had red meat for about 18 months, but I could do with some today. If Byron ever reopens, I’ll be at the front of the queue.
