Fuck, I've literally ate my way through the last four weeks.

I was already a couple of stone overweight and now I've done loads more damage. All I do is eat and then eat some more.

I'm going to sort my shit out starting tomorrow, anyone else want to join me?

Bed at 7pm?

@HouseTornado I have found sleep the best way to stop me eating. :D Sadly however I am an owl and sleep won't come for hours.

LemonSquash94 · 16/04/2020 18:34

I love this! Grin

I weighed in at 9.4 which given them fact I’m very a little short I’m pushing towards the upper end of my ‘healthy weight range’. I’ve put on almost a stone since I got married in October Blush

Losing 7-10lbs will put me comfortably back into the middle so here goes!

HouseTornado · 16/04/2020 18:40

@AutumnNymph ypui have created a monster with that spreadsheet! It's a beacon on hope in our desperate times.

I've had my dinner. Need to not do my normal jaunt to the crisp cupboard on the way to bed....

HouseTornado · 16/04/2020 18:41

@AutumnNymph I am a lark, which means I have snaffled all the early worms by 6.30am and want lunch at 9am.

This may be the reason I am on the chubby side.

Nameandgamechange123 · 16/04/2020 18:45

I'm not overweight (yet) but being in lockdown has put me into a really bad routine. I'm normally an exercisamaniac but I can't face doing anything but sit and eat. I wake up quite early and have breakfast but seem to be hungry again by about 11 then ends up having an early lunch. Then from about 1pm I start eating things like toast and by dinner time I'm already full. Then I eat dinner and then I spend the evening eating crisps and chocolate. I wake up feeling guilty every morning and the cycle repeats itself!!!!

diege · 16/04/2020 18:50

I think I've added myself to the spreadsheet? Confused
Barnaby the cat has just sauntered past the bifolds with a mouse tail hanging out of his mouth...🐁 It's put me off my spaghetti a bit!

feelingnervousnow · 16/04/2020 19:15

Well I’ve had all I’m having. A pear for breakfast, Noodles for lunch and a jacket spud with spaghetti and a smattering of low fat cheese for tea. That’s it Shock. Am going to clean my teeth to stop myself wanting anything else!!

Notlostjustexploring · 16/04/2020 19:19

Autumn I'm not sure what your long-term plans are for the spreadsheet (graphs, pie charts etc - I'm an engineer so every time I see a group of numbers, they get graphed in some way), but some weights are in stone and pounds, some are in stone and portions, ie some in fractions, some decimals, which may cause problems...? Dunno, maybe I need to get out more (who doesn't!!!)

I'm so unbelievably pleased at naming a diet!! Tis working, I'm very consistently ignoring the cream eggs in my kitchen!! Frankly I'm still horrified by my scales.

Diege be glad your cat eats what he catches. Mine just brings home friends to play with...

@notjustexploring - I should add some conditions and validations soon. I totally see the world in patterns and pie charts 😂

JonHammIsMyJamm · 16/04/2020 21:06

I sneakbought (ie purchased off amazon and hid in a cupboard away from the beady, judgy eyes of the household) a huge box of smartie tubes. 48 tubes, like the big boxes you get on shop shelves. I’ve taken to eating a tube of them secretly whilst I’m in the bath, every night. No wonder the heft of my jib is increasing, eh?

feelingnervousnow · 16/04/2020 21:28

@JonHammIsMyJamm You’ve made me want smarties now. Love those massive tubes you can swig from.

kate1800 · 16/04/2020 21:31

I added myself to the spreadsheetSmileI think this is a great idea and will really help keep focus (once the cake in the fridge is finished!)

JonHammIsMyJamm · 16/04/2020 21:38

Gah, sorry @feelingnervousnow. I’ve got about 30 tubes left if you want me to DHL them to you Grin

feelingnervousnow · 16/04/2020 21:54

@JonHammIsMyJamm yeah you might as well. I’ve been REALLY good today and am still bloody fat!! Bring on the smarties!!

Alicatz66 · 16/04/2020 22:16

@AutumnNymph .. can you add me to spreadsheet please .. I will break it !!! .. 9.13 today .

NetofLemons · 16/04/2020 22:28

Autumn please could you be very kind and add me to it too? 57 is my number for this week. Daffodil

Notlostjustexploring · 16/04/2020 22:51

I made it to bed time without chocolate, crisps or wine, despite there being copious quantities of all available. I did give my husband permission to eat the last cream egg so it wasn't available to me. He did eat it with a wary look in the eye, as I don't give up the last cream egg, ever.

Same question as everyone else. I've been good aaaaaallllllll day, why am I still fat?

Autumn I look forward to seeing what you do with it. I appreciate a good spreadsheet. I did a really nice one last week at work - everything worked perfectly, and it was balanced and pleasing to the eye. please don't throw me out for being a spreadsheet bore!

OwlinaTree · 16/04/2020 22:57

Autumn please can you add me to the spread sheet? I can view it but can't work out how to edit it Blush OwlinaTree 9st 3lb. Thanks.

OwlinaTree · 16/04/2020 22:59

Tis ok, I've had another go and done it!! Star

OwlinaTree · 16/04/2020 23:02

I've had a good day food wise. Lots of coffee, srambled eggs and fruit for breakfast, soup for lunch, had a run, chilli and rice for tea, yoghurt and chocolate for pudding. DH birthday on Saturday, that's when it will all go to pot for me!!
