Daily check in, no change. Sob

Egghead68 · 09/02/2020 12:22

Thanks for the good wishes everyone. Well done on the losses and especially well done to those who are KOKO despite seeing no change on the scales - I know how hard that is!
@chrispenrallt1 great to hear you enjoyed Sri Lanka! At this rate I am going nowhere but if we do set off I think I’ll be mainly in the South West and central regions. I know that a tea plantation and an elephant transit station are involved!

Egghead68 · 09/02/2020 12:23

Too many !!! s !

cricketmum84 · 09/02/2020 15:34

Any news on the flight @Egghead68?

Some really great losses going on, and lots of motivation and planning as well, which helps me keep on track (should say “get back on track” this week!)

I have had a child-free weekend away with my husband, we had a lovely time, that also involved some lovely food! Friday night I had a main and pudding to myself, but Saturday managed to persuade myself to share a pudding. Did have afternoon tea though! 😬 that was in place of lunch, so hopefully not too terrible. Plus we did loads of walking!

Back to it today, and went to the gym once I got home, so I’m hoping I’ll still get a loss come Friday weigh-in!

Egghead68 · 09/02/2020 18:27

I’m at the airport eating a distinctly non-low-calorie dinner and flights seem to be running OK, touch wood. Thanks for asking @cricketmum84 .

ValentineFizz · 09/02/2020 18:28

Sooo....

B: boiled egg on a bagel thin with Tabasco
L: AAAAAHHHH cheese fondue, crudites, bread chunks to dip, chocolate noisette cake (it was a family birthday)
D: water and remorse!

Only 2k steps and not enough water either. Tomorrow is another day Wink ...

ploughingthrough · 10/02/2020 02:53

Some great losses well done! I finally moved past my plateau - took advice to eat a bit more so went out for dinner with DH! Couple of days back to a strict 16:8 after than and I'm down to 68.4. this brings me to 7kg loss since I started. So pleased although I feel like I look the same.

JontyDoggle37 · 10/02/2020 07:27

Thanks for all the well wishes everyone- still a bit wheezy but coping ok without the steroids so far 👍 and also I am 2 LBS LIGHTER than last Monday!! Woooo!!!

cricketmum84 · 10/02/2020 07:46

Morning my lovelies! I'm so glad to be working from home today! The weather is horrendous. Just sat watching a hailstorm from under my heated blanket with a nice hot peppermint tea. Take care out there anyone who is out and about today.

I was a proper grump yesterday and didn't want to eat anything or make anything. My absolute angel of a DH who proclaims to know nothing about a plant based diet knocked up a gorgeous jackfruit chilli (0 ww points) and baked sweet potato for me and made me cry. I think I must be hormonal 😂

Plan for today is:
B - Apple and a blood orange (DH spotted some on Saturday and knows how excited I get by them!)
L - leftover jackfruit chilli from yesterday, possibly on another small sweet potato
D - got some "slim noodles" from H&B so might give them a go. 45 cals per portion so may have to supplement that with some berries and soy yoghurt after.

@MotherOfDragonite OMG CHEESE FONDUE!!!! I would literally kill for some melty cheese to dip crusty bread in!! And yes today is a whole new day :)

That's great news @ploughingthrough! 7kg loss so far is so good :)

Whoop @JontyDoggle37! Glad to hear you are doing a little better. Do take care in this cold weather and keep warm! Me and both DDs are coughing like crazy at the moment!

Morning all. Today is my weigh day.
Last week 13st 4lbs
Today 13st 2.5lbs.
Loss this week and so far this month is 1.5lbs. It's very slow now but at least I'm still going in the right direction.Determined to keep at it.
OMAD today, lots of water and chicken stir fry for dinner.
Weather was shocking overnight with wind and rain battering on the windows. Weirdly calm this morning though with just a very slight breeze.

KedsAndTubeSocks · 10/02/2020 08:39

Gaahhh. I'm only just at my end of January weight. I need to take this more seriously, especially as next week is going to be tricky. OMAD today and Wednesday, strict 18:6 the rest of the week. Going to look for a HIIT video on prime.

DandyAF · 10/02/2020 08:52

Well I’ve lost 0.8kg (1.7lbs) this week. My first week on WW and I only followed & tracked the first three days Blush so I’m happy to have lost.

I’ve always had a problem with tracking and sticking to a reduced amount to eat, so this time I’ve decided to accept that it will take me a while to adapt, and to celebrate that I did follow the plan some of the time, rather than give up for not following it all the time.

I’m concentrating on a loss of 7lbs per month overall so 5.3lbs to go, which is doable.

Ecci · 10/02/2020 09:54

Feb start weight 13 st 12.6 lbs
Today 13 st 9 lbs
3.6 lbs down in 10 days
Really pleased, especially as I'm only doing about 2000 steps per day atm (usually do 3 miles daily but I'm recovering from a cardiac procedure). Hope I can continue at this rate for the rest of the month.

Tryingtwo · 10/02/2020 09:55

Good morning all, after a slight increase yesterday I'm back down today. I was rather lax with drinking water over the weekend so I need to work on that.

Tryingtwo · 10/02/2020 09:58

That's a great loss Ecci hope your recovery is going well.

Onesmallstep67 · 10/02/2020 10:04

15 st 4lbs. Still bobbling around the same figure. Not been focused on things this last week. Very busy one way or another. Should be better this week. Need to get back in the zone with it.
Totally rubbish with drinking enough, eating the right things and being active ( in the right way ). Would love to see 14 something by the end of the month Hmm

JessJonesJumps · 10/02/2020 12:25

Down another 0.8lbs today. Not a complete surprise because I was running about a lot yesterday and didn't even have lunch.
It's snowing here. I'm hoping it lies and we can go sledging or snowman building later.

Ecci · 10/02/2020 13:23

Tryingtwo Thank you, slow and steady but I'm gradually improving.

MotherOfDragonite · 10/02/2020 16:02

@cricketmum84 it wasn't actually as nice as I remembered! Also, the pain of counting up the points afterwards was totally not worth it. Next time I go to a family party I need to stick to the veg I think!

Congratulations to lovely losers @recklessgran, @Ecci, @JessJonesJumps and @DandyAF!

KedsAndTubeSocks · 10/02/2020 18:27

I've done OMAD, drank loads of water and done 30 mins hiit. I'm going to be skinny AF tomorrow. Grin

lboogy · 10/02/2020 21:37

77.1kg today. Total weight loss since jan is 2.9kg.
I work on the 7th floor so I've decided to take the stairs from now on (I almost died doing so today) and continue with running / walking 3 times a week plus get minimum 10k steps in everyday.

Had baked chicken and peas for dinner. Not inspiring but it's something. Also couldn't resist a small bar of chocolate

MotherOfDragonite · 10/02/2020 22:22

That's a really good idea about the stairs, @lboogy! I might think about trying that one (although we haven't got quite as many, there are still a few flights...)

Today was surprisingly ok.

B: boiled egg on half a bagel with Tabasco sauce
L: oat milk latte and a nectarine (I work straight through on Mondays)
D: tortilla with tomato sauce, sugar snap peas, salad
S: cucumber and carrot sticks dipped in 0% yoghurt mixed with sweet chili sauce -- surprisingly satisfying and took ages to eat

I drank more water than I do normally (still not enough, but on the right track) and got 8k steps in on the school-work run.
