Only lost a pound this week. Annoying but blaming TOM and all the wonderful associated bodily misery it brings. Can only hope for a better loss next week.

Joining in.

Started MFP on Monday. Have quite a bit to lose so have a comfortable amount of calories, not eating them all though. Currently on mediation that's reducing my appetite and food doesn't taste right half the time, so suppose that's helping.

Previously lost 7 stone doing SW but don't want to restrict what I eat now, so prefer doing it this way. Feeling in control.

A pound a week weight loss and less than 1200 cals a day. Hungry all the time and for a pound a week? Hmm I keep going tho I much prefer it to low carb and I was hungry on that too but then I was losing minimum 3 pounds a week if not more every week

Rosegold if you're hungry, you need to look at the foods you're choosing. 1200 cals can be loads (fruit and veg) or nothing (chocolate). Today I've had a bacon sandwich, beef and vegetable soup and houmous with crudités, and vege moussaka with broccoli, and some jelly to finish to finish off. All within 1200. I've also eaten gingerbread taking me over

honey yeh I do think I lack protein in some of my meals and I'm still not used to smaller portions etc - today had a cheat day tho I needed it! Back on it tomorrow tho
