You knew it was bloat not. Walking a bit of it off then weigh sounds sensible to me.

Loads of minstrels at the panto. Vaguely decent choices today.

Happierwithouthim · 22/12/2019 19:24

No weigh in again so sts & that's a +0.1lb average which is fine.

I've napped this afternoon & left my mother to manage ds, 5 times he visited me

lifelongfrugaleer · 22/12/2019 20:48

I'm not drinking enough and eating far too much including lots of junk.

lifelongfrugaleer · 23/12/2019 07:22

Major up today no surprises. Will drink plenty and have a food on track day today

Not2bObvious · 23/12/2019 07:55

Snap, I’m up 4lb on Saturdays weight - unreal. Had curry chips last night and crisps in the afternoon - went over but was still within weekly average. Won’t be recording that for sure. Busy morning ahead and then cinema this afternoon, thin crust pizza for dinner planned

No weigh in this morning either so I'll register a sts and weigh tomo again

Serious bloat there not
I'm going to drown myself with water when I get back home, improved yesterday probably got two litres in & finished off with a can of bulmers cider part of my 5 a day Hmm

Today so far 5 milk tray chocs, 2 sausages poached egg 2 slices of wholemeal bread real butter.

Debating stopping for lunch or having early dinner depends on how hungry dc are I guess

Not2bObvious · 23/12/2019 17:03

I know happier, it was over 2 days, so 2.2 Saturday to Sunday and another 1.8 yesterday to today. Utterly bonkers. I even cut way back on bread for the last 5 days thinking it might help keep bloating down. Going to have pizza tonight, I’ll probably be a stone heavier tomorrow 😫

My weight is creeping back up. I will sort it from Saturday. Maybe Friday.
Going to enjoy the next 3 days guilt free and then undo the damage.
Waiting to see if calipers come in the January sale. Gym not properly back until 3 January anyway. I think I can only get 1 fbw in.

Wolfcub · 24/12/2019 08:21

My weight is also creeping back up. It's the wine.

Not2bObvious · 24/12/2019 08:50

Down .8 this morning
I don’t think the real weight is increasing for you life and wolf, I think it’s bloat weight is creeping up is all. For people who don’t weigh regularly like us, they’d never even know. My problem can be I see the increase and I think f’it - may as well go to my ends! Going to take it one day at a time, I’m allowed 2000-2200 for maintenance as long as I get 12,000 steps done. So I managed that yesterday, had around 2000 cals, got 12,000 steps.
Up since 5.30am, started my slow cooker ham, peeled spuds, peeled carrots, made sauce for tonight, did the ironing, ran dishwasher & emptied it. No shops today, himself will get me the last few bits as I’ll panic buy if let. Going to have a run in a bit, shower, dress nice.

163.1
+1.6lbs I recorded this for yesterday too, I didn't drink all the water I plan yesterday so going to correct that today.
We'll be walking the dog today too.

Will throw my little ham into slow cooker too not

It's time of year for bloat & routine is out of kilter, I was quite strict last year as had a wedding before New Years. I'm more relaxed this year. Woke at 6am but just getting up now.

CurvyInAllTheWrongPlaces · 24/12/2019 09:54

Hi all.
My weight has been anything between 12s1 to 12s3, sigh.
Today was 12s2. I'm with life, I'm going to enjoy the next few days and then get back on it.
I've got my two eldest home as well, so will have a little drink with them too.

Hope you all have a lovely Christmas eve Xmas Smile

lifelongfrugaleer · 24/12/2019 11:18

I've walked to the butcher's so on 4600. Will make DD walk to drop last few presents off. Being sensible do far today. Usual breakfast. Tuna pasta bake for tea. Lunch probably soup.

It will be the cheese and chocolate that break me over 2 days. The actual dinner won't be so bad. Oh and the puddings

lifelongfrugaleer · 24/12/2019 11:20

Great plan not.

It most likely is bloat and less fibre...Wink

Happy slimmer than we were last year so take the win Christmas

Not2bObvious · 24/12/2019 11:55

In my case not much fatter than I was last year so that’s my win😂
Just back from jog/walk, nearly 14,000 and down another .4, so the bloat is disappearing hour by hour. Happy Christmas Eve all!

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 24/12/2019 12:13

Still a win, not

lifelongfrugaleer · 24/12/2019 12:17

Giant toblerone triangle in the middle Grin

Happierwithouthim · 24/12/2019 14:40

We also walked the dog for ages on the beach, I'm 0.7lbs lighter than Christmas Eve last year Grin

Happierwithouthim · 24/12/2019 14:45

175 cals for tolerone triangle Shock

Not2bObvious · 24/12/2019 16:34

For 1 toblerone triangle? From the large one? The one I’ve bought himself & now will have to shun?????

OP posts:
Happierwithouthim · 24/12/2019 18:32

Yes not I scanned it & double checked with label because I was just in complete shock Shock

You'd get 4 celebrations for 180 but I guess you'd have motte satisfaction with the toblerone

lifelongfrugaleer · 24/12/2019 19:21

It's the nuts that increases the calories. I would go one triangle over 4 celebration like.

Not2bObvious · 24/12/2019 20:15

Yeah celebrations barely touch the sides, you can relish a decent bit of toblerone
