Store bracket! Stone obviously!
Thanks life, be careful out there!

Not2bObvious · 01/12/2019 14:23

That’s great curvy, well done you, you’ll be 11’something in no time. Wow nearly another 2lb off life, that’s incredible.
Just back from the city centre, shared sambo & cake with my bigger girl, chicken burger & chips planned for dinner later. Over 13,500 steps so well pleased

CurvyInAllTheWrongPlaces · 01/12/2019 14:43

Great steps not and thanks!

lifelongfrugaleer · 01/12/2019 18:12

Gone a Snickers over as DS bought me one.
My membership runs out 1 January. Going to look up reverse before that.
I think I'm too low cal wise in the week. Will take average and go up to that.

lifelongfrugaleer · 01/12/2019 19:12

So my actual calorie intake for the last 2 weeks is 1700.

lifelongfrugaleer · 02/12/2019 06:27

125 this morning

Not2bObvious · 02/12/2019 06:56

I’m scared to weigh in this morning. My average cals for last week were 2300, down to massive cals Friday & lots Saturday. And the week before it was close to 1900. Not a surprise to have only .4 loss over 2 weeks, scared it’s going to start showing on the scales and see a real gain not just bloat.
Nothing hectic planned for 2 weeks, no nights out, lots of driving around this week for kids activities which has potential for fast food but I’ll have to just plan as best I can. Will sit down with my notebook and work on a plan, work on trying to shift this doom feeling

Up 1.8 on Friday - possibly not as bad as I’d thought. So I’m showing a 1.7lb gain with 6 days to the next official average.
Food planned, coming in at around 1100 with no extras, be closer to 1500 I reckon. Need to get a workout in later and my 10-12,000 steps. Back on track

lifelongfrugaleer · 02/12/2019 08:01

Well done not for facing the scales and refocusing rather than spiralling.

Not2bObvious · 02/12/2019 10:19

Thanks life, feeling more positive than when I woke. A few days of heavier than normal drinking also affected my humour, hence feeling v low this morning. My moods are like the irish weather, v changeable 😂

lifelongfrugaleer · 02/12/2019 17:23

Bah. Could have got to the gym. Only going to fit 2 fbw this week. Hopefully get steps but 2 works do when did will be over. Maintain week and back next week I think

Not2bObvious · 02/12/2019 19:04

Today going ok, had thought I might do a workout but just too busy. Got a little over 11,000 steps. I’ve still a snack to go and I’ll have just over 300 cals in the bank. Avoiding chocolate as usual for November (a challenge I set myself to stop the mindless tubs of chocs, 1 chocolate a day max)

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 03/12/2019 07:36

10k steps yesterday, food all good.
Down today by 1. Weekend bloat gone.
Fbw at lunch and steps today. No macros though

Not2bObvious · 03/12/2019 07:38

Very quiet here these days, I was just thinking this morning in another month there’ll be dozens of new threads on this board. I’m going to make a big effort not to hit the f**k it button, this day 3 weeks will be Christmas Eve, 21 days to lose 1.5-3lb if we try. You can either be kicking yourself or patting yourself on the back in 4 weeks time, cause that’ll be New Year’s Eve!
Anyway, down 1.4 so average is now at 1lb up. Got up and did nearly an hours jogging on the treadmill so I’m v close to my 10,000 steps, the rest of the day will be sat on my arse so I needed that in the bank.

lifelongfrugaleer · 03/12/2019 07:49

Don't do it not. Don't sabotage. 3 weeks. That's not long.
This will be a shit week for me but I'm keeping control as much as possible. Be there with me.

Not2bObvious · 03/12/2019 07:55

Absolutely no intention of sabotaging myself life

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 03/12/2019 11:24

Fab.

Not2bObvious · 03/12/2019 17:45

Busy day meant I missed out around 200 cals of extra bits I had planned. To say I was hangry by the time I got to make my dinner is an understatement. Now I’ve loads of cals left! But I don’t want to waste them 🤔

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 03/12/2019 18:42

I'm at calories but missed fibre as we got too many bacon rolls at greggs. Can't waste food. Fbw at lunch and currently 13 1/5 steps.
That's it though tomorrow will be poor. Breakfast and Christmas lunch plus pudding. No walking or gym.
Thursday can do food and steps but no gym.
Friday steps but out for lunch and dinner. Will probably eat Saturdays calories in Friday.

Not2bObvious · 03/12/2019 18:50

Getting better at macros but still not there, I’ll keep trying though. You cannot waste bacon rolls, against all the laws!

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 03/12/2019 19:59

I know. I had one and a half and they were lush.
I'm hungry now though. Will resist as going to be eating lots tomorrow

CurvyInAllTheWrongPlaces · 03/12/2019 20:46

Hi everyone.
Didn't weigh yesterday as got up late and everything was a mad rush.
Did weigh today and wished I hadn't, back up to 12s3lb.
Steps gave been good both days, over 17,000 yesterday and 16,000 today.

Not2bObvious · 03/12/2019 21:29

Don’t take the flux too seriously curvy, that’s the rough side of the daily weigh ins. You’re seeing what drives us all barking - I have hopes for you that you can be rational😉
The weekends can mean saltier/more food/less fluid so more fluid retention ergo scale weight.
Great steps! I’m nearly at 17,000 too, only 68 steps to go. Although might just leave it as in bed now, quite tired.

OP posts:
CurvyInAllTheWrongPlaces · 03/12/2019 21:37

Yeah not, I know, that is exactly what I was scared of, but it's done now, so that's that! I definitely had more salty food over the weekend, but I promise I will be rational, it is just a blip, that is all! Smile

lifelongfrugaleer · 04/12/2019 06:09

Tis a blip. I have a salt increase today too
