VLCD/Meal Replacement on 1st Jan

Hi everyone!

I’m starting a VLCD (Slim and Save) on 1st Jan and wondering is anyone starting too? Or Cambridge, Exabte etc and maybe we could keep each other motivated?

Furious with myself today Angry
Stuck to plan up until last night and then I broke spectacularly. Jumped on the scales this morning and I've put 2lb back on.
So disappointed in myself, however new day today so it's back on plan and I will be sticking to it like glue. Hate the part of myself that just goes into self-sabotage mode when I start losing weight. Something I really need to work on.

Checking in again too. I've been on Slim & Save for nearly 8 weeks now and have lost 25lbs (still got 38lbs to go though!)

Its going really well so far but I'm often not having the full amount of packs. I know that we're meant to but I am really trying to eat more intuitively and only when I'm hungry (overriding my natural hunger etc has been partly what's got me to this place) so I'm loathe to eat unless I am actually hungry.

I am not actually counting carbs/calories either because again that can make me go off the rails if I 'fail' one day, but in general I am eating 2 packs and then 1 small low carb meal in the eve.

I was just wondering if anyone else wasn't eating the full number of packs either?

It's weird I actually gained weight on food week. Felt really hungry yesterday, first day off food week.

I've stuck completely to plan since 10th Jan.

Start weight 17st

I've got nowhere fast...I've bought the stuff and it's sat looking at me..but I'm sooooo depressed I'm eating crisps.just makes me hate myself even more.thanks for asking yoga x

That’s been me for months and months now!
I actually accidentally watched “I feel pretty” last night (Amy Schumer gets a bang on the head and wakes up thinking she’s beautiful) not my usual type of thing at all but the message really spoke to me!
My confidence has been absolutely zapped over the past year and my weight as sky rocketed so I’m going to grab the bull by the horns now and do something about it with the confidence of someone fit and healthy!
Put the crisps down and join me xx

Pancakes ruined Tuesday for me too, they were delicious though.
Stuck to it today but DD is about to bring home cakes from cookery at school which is gonna be hell to resist because she's a really good baker.

I'm back on it, started yesterday and did well, day 2 today and bang on so far. Best I've managed since before Christmas I think. Planning on going swimming tonight but I'll see re: that.

I tried Exante last year, but thought the meals were revolting. I've decided to give Diet Now shakes a go this time in the hope that they might be better. I had a bit of a bargain as they'd mispriced an offer on their 2 week challenge pack, so instead of taking 30% off, the offer code took £60 off, meaning I had 2 week's worth of shakes for £1.61!

I've lost 4 stone with SW before but it just doesn't seem to work for me now, hence wanting to give something more drastic a go. My plan is to give the 2 weeks ago, and hope I lose 7lbs at least and either carry on, depending on how the shakes taste, or go on Fast 800. For me, I need results early to motivate me.

My pack hasn't arrived yet, but hoping to start at the weekend.

The meals haven't got better @DivisionBelles Most are rank. I lost 3st doing this last year (put it back on) but I just can't seem to get back on track and stick to it properly. It's the weekends that mess me up.

I've just had my 2nd shake of the day and wind is starting to cause me probs atm Blush its just typical as I started a new job last week and its open plan and mostly bloody silent, and I have to sit next to someone ffs!

My two weeks of shakes arrived but I've got to hold off starting as we've got two meals out over the next 10 days that can't be avoided and will scupper it. My plan is to start on 7th April - nothing in the diary, Easter isn't a problem - and hopefully I'll be a few lbs lighter by 21st April.

I still haven't made any progress but I don't have any meals or drinks or anything now for a few months. I had a bbq yesterday for mothers day so it's day one for me again today. Again. I'm determined to stick to it properly now again

Yep, I'm still planning on starting a week today. I kind of want to do it now but know that Sunday would bugger it up as there is no way I could get away with not eating proper food without getting 'looks' from the ILs
