If trying to lose weight?

Mine
Breakfast - "skinny brunch" eggs, bacon, mushrooms, tomatoes, spinach or weetabix, skimmed milk and berries

Lunch - egg or tuna salad sandwich (no mayo), yoghurt either protein yoghurt or low sugar

Dinner - anything and everything goes, but try and make it under 500 Kcals. Examples would be salmon and brown rice with veg, chicken and mash with veg, Marks "count on us" ready meal curry, chicken and halloumi salad, Spaghetti Bolognaise

Snacks - babybel lights, French fries (crisps), vodka lime & and soda, lots of water and sugar free squash

If knowing you should but not giving a flying falafel?

Breakfast: bacon sandwich

Lunch: cheese toastie

Dinner: Marks and Spencer Lasagne

Snacks - pizza Blush wine, crisps, chocolate and jelly sweets

No wonder I need to lose so much!!

Share yours please

So far...

two cups tea, one cup coffee.
Slice frittata (small).
Small individual trifle (WW).
Rice cake.

What I would actually eat given half a chamce:

Breakfast - full English.
Lunch: Big Mac, chips and coke.
Snack: Apple crumble and cream.
Dinner: Chicken biryani with pickles and a squillion poppadoms.
Irish coffee with cream to finish.

Today (semi-diet):

So far: 2 poached eggs on 2 small toast (breakfast/lunch)
Dinner: 2 glasses of wine so far - to be followed imminently by roast chicken, roast potatos and vegetables. Maybe a youghourt.

If I could eat what I wanted:

Cooked breakfast with marmalade and toast and orange juice.
Dinner: roast (as above)

But somewhere maybe I'd have made, and then squeezed in a slice or two of home-made cake.

I think I need a little "diet break" soon. Am getting a bit bored. Need to shake things up a bit!
